I asked for a 5pm to 5pm trailer rental and I get called at 9am the next day why im on the road asking when im bring it back it's need for some other family and told the the computer says I ask for 4pm to 5pm the same day to got almost a 400 mile trip and when I replied with what it should be I was told nope it on the computer that way and im sure the person on the phone was the same person I set the reservation in person a few days before.

RON WThis location was great in fixing an issue with a different location. I was originally scheduled to pick up in Stuart, IA and when I called to see if I could change my pick up time I was informed that they did not have a truck available for me. This was after I had already been informed that there were no trucks available for the second time at my preferred pick up location of Ames, IA. Had I not contacted them about changing my pick up time I would have driven three hours to then learn I didn’t have a truck to haul my son’s item home with. The regional office in Des Moines did nothing to help or care what the issue was. It was unnecessary stress in a time that was already pretty stressful. If it wasn’t for the help of the employees at this location I don’t know what I would have done. They listened to the issue and made suggestions to help better serve me and my needs.

James KTruck was fine, but mobile pickup was terrible. Lucky the store employees arrived early to work or I would have wasted even more of my time and the mover's time that I booked via uhaul.
Matt BThe worker was extremely rude. She poorly explained the way they did their deposit for renting a truck. When I asked questions she raised her voice at me and said it was like “ talking to a child.” She continued to talk to me in a demanding manner and telling me the rest of the steps in a rude loud slow voice tone. She complained she had to work too many days and this was her first day. The truck I rented had dirt in the back and was not properly swept out. The truck had poor steering and tended to veer in either direction from time to time. When I shared this with the worker upon return ( the same one) She dismissed it causally and said “yeah it’s been like that for awhile.” I do not want to rent a truck that is not safe. I want safe and clean trucks. I also want everyone to be treated with respect and dignity.

David DI had a reservation to pick up a truck at 9 AM. When I arrived, there was over a dozen people in line, and only one person working. It took 40 minutes to get my truck. The condition of the truck was OK, but could have been in better condition.
John Ftrailer dimensions need better identified. I rented a 6x12 trailer with ramp, drove it an hour, only to discover the ramp and entry to the trailer are not 6' and was not able to haul the material, only drive 2 hours round trip empty. very disappointing

Mike MI wondered why my bill was cheaper, then I found out later when loading... wrong dolly given to me from what I ordered and no blankets were in the truck that I needed. Trucks drive like a dream. It was my 2nd time driving one and I love it! Easy check in for return. One way pick up is not easy on app, it always stalled so I had to go in to pick up.

I was asked where I was going with the vehicle, but not that this was in reference to a mileage related charge on my bill. I was surprised upon my return that I was being charged more due to going 'over mileage' during my rental.
