Equipment and Uhaul staff were great. Uhaul online reservation system does not seem to work well. After I thought I had paid and checked in online, I still had to do it over again when I picked up my equipment. Reservation system glitches = took an hour for me to get my truck.
STEFAN MThe service staff was completely unprofessional. Mr.Banks ( the owner) was helpful when I went to pick up the trailer and complete the paperwork, however the young man that was working that day was trying to put the hitch on upside down, because he was looking at his phone the whole time. When I returned the trailer, I waited in the ‘return line’ as signs instructed, however after 10 mins of waiting I went inside and found two staff members sitting at the desk on their phone. The person that came to take the trailer off was looking at his phone the whole time, never spoke to me and had his pants sagging the whole time exposing his entire underwear. Finally said, you’re good to go. The whole experience was shocking in the aspect of customer service by the staff. I don’t understand how employees that behave this way stay employed.

RAYVONN SI had a very disappointing experience with this U-Haul location. The truck I rented was dirty and not properly maintained, which made moving much more difficult. On top of that, the manager, Randy, was not helpful with accommodations. Overall, this experience was frustrating and below the standard I expect from U-Haul. I would like some type of credit for the horrible experience.
HUMPHREY JI checked in and dropped off trailer which was unhooked and placed back by staff. 24 hours later I received a text asking when I would drop off trailer as customers were waiting. I called and let them know I had already dropped it off the day before. Then after another 24 hours I received a vm asking what location I dropped to. I returned the call and informed them I dropped it off as per contract to their shop. I was told “not here”. But yes I did and gave time and date of drop off. They apologized and stated the staff member must have checked it back out without noting delivery. This process took an hour of unnecessary time for me plus the frustration and worry.

NEIL GI have great luck with the North Main location. They are always courteous and helpful. When reservations are made the paperwork is always efficient. This is my preferred location by a wide margin.

HANNAH NThe mechanism connecting the trailer to my hitch was either damaged or not properly tightened by the employee. It disconnected while driving over a bump going 45 miles an hour in heavy traffic! Thankfully, the safety chain held and I was able to stop in traffic and reconnect and tighten the connection without any damage to the trailer, my truck or the surrounding traffic. I will always check the connection myself if I ever rent another trailer, but this should not have happened.

CATHERINE SHire people that actually looks at the trucks and that will get out there chair to check stuff out! I got charged mileage I didn’t use just because I estimated c amount of miles doesn’t mean I used them ! Will never use this location again! U-Haul hire better people!

Blair HI appreciate being able to rent the truck. However, the truck was really damaged all the way around. I was concerned that if I didn't take good pictures, that I might have been charged for someone's else's damage. It was really time consuming to do that.
RONALD MThe truck was rented out with the gas on E. I had 4 miles before I was out of fuel. I think that is a major inconvenience to customers.

JASON MCheck engine light was on, truck ran bad like it had a bad catalytic converter smelled like rotten eggs randomly, sounded like the drive shaft would fall out at any time and constant sound of loose or falling off bolts.
ANDREW BDylan and Gauge were great and very helpful, loading my car was easy with Dylan guiding me the entire way. Sadly the trucks AC didn't work so that made the trip suck most of the time, it was on just enough to keep it cool over 45 mph.
FRANCIS KThe staff was not only helpful, I will never use another UHAUL location in the area. I have used them three times, with different staff each time, and they were the friendliest most helpful people ever. They called to check on me when I was late getting back and simply disclosed that I would have an additional fee in advance. I actually appreciate that.

STEPHEN SThere was trash in the truck from the previous user and there was no associate at the store when we arrived at our reservation time (9am). The associate didn’t arrive until after 9:30am.

SIGFRIDO RThe customer service was terrible. We had reserved a hand truck but were told we would have to go across town to another location to actually get it. When we complained, the two smirking obnoxious young men said read the fine print, you aren't guaranteed to get the equipment you reserved. The windshield of the truck they issued to us was covered in bugs, it hadn't been cleaned at all. Meanwhile those young men were just sitting on their butts smirking.

GALE FStore wasn’t opened on time. Young man arrived and single-handedly moved 5-6 large trucks, accepted 3 returns, and checked out and connected at least 3 customers’ rentals, all while answering the phone and fielding questions. This young guy needs a raise or at least a bonus as he did the job of 3 people admirably without complaint and always with a smile.
DEBRA DAssociate working at desk was not very friendly or talkative. Had headphone on playing music through whole interaction. Truck interior was dirty. Crumbs and large chunks of food all over floor, in cup holders and dash pockets.
JAMES DBefore I even got to the trailers, Carter was taking selfies while taking pictures of my drivers license for the rental. This was very uncomfortable, like how do I know he isn't selling my identity now? The first trailer had broken car tie down straps. The second had a bad tire with a sliced sidewall, the air was being held in by the inner tube only. I was told I'd have to find another u-haul dealer if I wanted a different trailer. I reserved a trailer at this location and they had 4, but stated only 2 were available to leave the state. I reserved days in advance, I should have had a trailer that was not sketchy as F to drive 800 miles home. The trailer did not connect to my trailer braking system either. It was a very dangerous drive home with stopping power limited to my truck. I had time constraints on my travel.

KIMBERLY FThe 15ft truck I rent had the rubber seal for the door frame fall off multiple times and my 6 hour drive was full of air noise going through the door frame even though I stopped 3X to fix the seal and finally gave up. I also had water drip all over me during 3 separate rain storms as the seal was on the floor. Finally, the driver seat had a huge hole ( 4 inches by 4 inches) with missing cushion, etc. It was a terrible experience. I filed a customer service complaint, and I hope someone contacts me and rectifies the situation. Thank you.
