There are times when the wait is long, especially on weekends. I would suggest scheduling two additional staff on Friday and Saturdays.

St Pete advised UF 802 N Main location had storage but It doesn’t offer storage. UF sent us to storage location 4101 SW 13th St, The employee was nice but inside the facility is old and musty, needs a complete renovation. I took my storage business elsewhere and forfeited 30 days free storage.

The truck we rented had a "check engine light" so we brought it back. The counter person said there was no other truck of the same size, but that the code associated with the issue "wasn't that serious" and we should just take that truck. I told him that we would not take it and needed another option. All he had was a 26' truck--we had rented a 17'--which was better than a truck that could have broken down, but not ideal. We made it work, but it was difficult to maneuver in the tight space we had to unload. Again, better than breaking down on route.

Tyler was diligent in solving a problem we had of the trailer we rented being too small. He took 30 minutes finding a solution and we extremely patient and polite through the process. In this day and time, it is rare to see that in customer service. I appreciated him.

I made the reservation and was given a quote of 54$. The guy never asked where I was dropping off or anything. I got there to pick up my rental and was informed that my rate was basically doubling. I was already quoted a price, so I thought this was ridiculous considering it was the employee who didn’t do his job by asking all the information required for the correct quote. Also, the employee told me I could change the drop off location he just chose one for me and I could just call to change the location. I called and was on hold for 45 MINUTES. I finally got to somebody and she told me then that i was going to possibly be changed a 250$ fee for dropping the trailer off at a different location. I dropped off this trailer around 10PM and then woke up to a 50$ cleaning fee. The trailer looked the same as when I dropped it off. I called the location and the girl was very rude. She said I was charged this fee because the trailer was blocking the entrance, but there was another lane open and I was able to easily enter and exit. The drop off area was full and I did the best i could with were I could drop this trailer. She suggested next time dropping it in the restaurant next to the location, but I’m sure that would’ve been a fee too. I truly believe uhaul just loves to charge whenever they can. I would like to speak to somebody about this. Every time I use uhaul there is always hidden fees and charges for crazy things. I need somebody to please contact me. Thank you.

The truck was in great condition but they said the dolly was in the truck and when I got home it wasn’t. We didn’t want to drive the 20 miles round trip back to the store to pick it up even though we already paid for it.

The only thing I would recommend is another staff member. Maybe it was the time of day but wait time seemed quite long before anyone was at counter to help. Otherwise truck was clean and in great condition.
