DANNY CThe location overbooked the truck and supplies I reserved for a set date and timeframe. In person they stated that my rental started at 2pm, but the last person's ended at 3pm. So, they gave me a completely different truck, and we had to purchase a different version of the moving equipment we were supposed to just RENT. They also wanted the truck back an hour earlier than the original booking. The truck we received was too large for the area I am moving into. To top it all off - I had to pay for the rental equipment, which I never received. Overall, terrible experience.

CHRISTOPHER OReserved an appliance dolly and was told they didn’t have any. No hand trucks either. Had to purchase a hand truck. Printer not working couldn’t get a copy of the contract. Truck we rented was locked in and had to wait for the to find the keys to move the truck out. Damage on the side of the truck not noted. Tried to upload pictures to the link provided but the link wasn’t working. All in all very unprofessional service
LINDA BMy receipt clearly states that I only drove the truck for a grand total of 6 miles. Yet I was charged for two gallons of gas. Please make that math make sense for me, does the truck that I rented (the smallest one available) only get 3 miles/gallon? That's a bit ridiculous and price-gouging if you ask me. Not to mention that I'm pretty confident the odometer readings were all rounded up, so it was actually < 6 miles. Beyond that, no major complaints. The truck I rented wasn't where the staff said it would be, another truck was blocking it in. But they dealt with that quickly enough. And the pickup/dropoff process was relatively smooth.

LATARSHA JI was over charged for the truck rental I went 48 miles out gas in the truck and when I returned I was charged 50 dollars for gas for 48 miles I have never heard of this before the staffed told me I had to have personal car insurance to rent the truck I was lied to and over charged highly disappointed in this business I was informed they did this to people I guess I had to see it for myself
MALIK WVery quick location, only flaw is rental availability being hit or miss- call ahead. They didn't keep enough furniture dollies available and didn't tell me until I was already there, even with an online reservation and checking in online.

LINDSAY MManager Gary and his helper went above and beyond the service and care. My personnel vehicle broke down and I needed to transfer my belongings from 5x8 trailer to a 10ft box truck and pull along tow for my vehicle. I am disabled and was alone. He personally brought new equipment and did tranfer at the hotel I was staying at. He was kind and very professional. If you ever have to make a move, I give them 5-STARS. You will not be disappointed.
ANN RThe woman in the office was very very busy helping another customer figure out the best logistics for a complicated rental, but still was able to process my rental at the same time. I give her high marks! The man who hooked me up was also helpful and proficient as the first trailer had an issue but he quickly reassigned me a different unit all the while being friendly and professional. I will definitely rent from this location again.

Preston BTell the customer up front that they are not charged daily when they extend the service for the U-Haul. The funds are actually put on hold until they turn in the U-Haul and pay the entire amount for the U-Haul including the mikes they went over, any row charges if they had a tow and once that bill is paid in full then the funds that were out on hold will be returned to their account. I was expecting a bill of about $359-$400 max! I was unexpectedly informed that I owed a bill of approximately $842. I was out on a 14 day promissory note which I wasn't required to sign and was sent on my way. That is not how business should be done. Fortunately for everyone involved I should be able to pay the entire bill off within a couple of days. However it could have gone very differently. And if I was informed of the U-Haul policy I could have been prepared and had my funds ready for when I returned the U-Haul.
MARY AOffice was busy, but customer service was good and faster as possible. I was going to drive for several hours. I have to use several chlorine wipes to clean up the steering wheel, and have to deodorize the cabin. Mechanically; truck was well maintained which overall is more important.
JAVIER Oeverything went well. Staff friendly and professional.
AHMET TTrailer had a problem with brakes grabbing as it was towed. Also, returning it to location rented was incredibly inconvenient.
