daphne cWhen I arrived on site, the customer service representative I interacted with was disrespectful and condescending in their body language, tone, and choice of words. I understand there may be company procedures, but I was not expecting to be asked for this information after already entering significant information to create a reservation. If I spoke to my customers in this way, I know they would eject me from their site and never work with me again. The trailer did the job perfectly, and when I returned it to the store, the gentleman who processed the return was efficient and professional, and he needs to be commended.

Hugo GI requested and paid for 1 day when I returned the truck 9 hrs later i was charged an after hours service fee. Can someone please explain this to me ?
domenico cI was given a truck with only 1/8 tank of gas, but they insisted it was 1/4. No one did a vehicle walkthrough with me. I had to fill in another 1/8 tank to avoid the $30 penalty which shouldn't be there to start with. In total I filled 30L. How can I use up 30L of gas for just 40km?? I take the loss for this time, but it was just annoying. This is one of the worst uhaul site I visited. Will avoid it in future
Runze RKey wasn't ready and we were not informed until the DAY OF, and we were doing the online check-in. Had to move to another location that was so busy they couldn't even prep equipment I paid to rent, (dolly, blankets etc.). Lost over an hour of paid labour from our movers who couldn't get started without me, not to mention the added distance, riskier highway driving, and overall stress. Why were we not informed of the issue earlier??? One star reviews all around, I should have gone with Penske.

RAVENOL G15 foot U-Haul was clean but definitely needed some work on the exterior. The cargo door was very hard to open and close. The representative that check in the truck was awesome. He was polite with a smile on his face. Thanks again Mike

uy tThis is the most unprofessional location I’ve ever encountered. Aside from the staff attempting to whisper about us while standing not even two feet away and having inappropriate workplace conversation, it was very uncomfortable being in that setting. Oh and being threatened to have, the truck reported stolen after being denied an extension.

NOOR AAll in all a poor experience at this center. I booked a truck at 7:30am to be self picked up but the center's staff had not prepped it up and forgot to place the keys in the box. Moreover I had to stand in the cold for about an hour and a half until the staff turned up at 8:30 am. I AHD to call the customer care representative and change my pick up at 9am to extend my time slot.
VARUN NI was there twice and I got outstanding payment notification the two times. The reason for the outstanding amount was not stated. I don’t see any transparency in that.

SHAQUILE LEven though it is winter please keep inside of the trucks dry. The one I used was wet. I had to dry out the water to prevent my things getting wet and damage
MICHAEL HI came there on Friday evening the staff was very helpful, he helped my friend who was having a hard time with his phone. Customers signing up taking photo doing all by themselves makes business very slow.
authalie pFirst, the cost charges was almost twice more expensive than the announces price, the usable length is much shorter than the advertised size; 2- The cargo door was extremely difficult to open by one person, we had to hire a helper for that, and this adds to overall cost of truck, 3- the door lock malfunctioned and we were lock-out few times, the switch and starter needs repair and proper maintenance, 4- We were charged insurance for parts that were previously badly damaged I am not satisfied with overall experience of using U-haul,

DEXTER VPretty much everything was good with exception that I was charged for 5.6 litres of gas My mileage was a total of 16km. When I receive the van it only had 2/3 of a tank and was noted in the pickup documents. Before I dropped off the van I put 5.00 of gas in that would have been more than I used as the gage showing a little more than when I picked it up . I was charged $9.37 for fuel
Allan CThe truck’s TPMS did not work and stated that the tire pressure was low. The employee hit the tires with a stick and said it was due to the cold. I used the truck for 7 hours without issue but I was uncomfortable with the message the entire time.
ANTHONY KThis drop off location was jam packed and tight on space and had snow all over the lot. It was kind of difficult to get a spot especially since it’s right next to a busy intersection.

Jorge LThe lot is too small for all the cars you have. Waited 45 minutes to pick up the truck and waited 1 hour to drop it off because the workers have too much going on. You need more workers for the end of the month rentals
shaun lThey had massive line, clearly understand. They did not have furniture dolly I reserved. They had me the wrong key so I couldn’t start the van. They gave me a van that was stuck in a snow bank so I couldn’t get out. The gas optermeter was incorrect. Worst location, worst experience, reserved van for 10am and left almost at 1 pm. Terrible terrible terrible

SAUMIN OThere were a couple of small issues with the truck but still totally safe to drive . I was surprised at how low the cost was and the staff were very good . A very pleasant transaction over all .
CHRISTOPHER SThere seems to be an imbalance between number of customers vs uhaul personnel, making wait time a bit too long. The rear view camera of my Van was not working so I had to change the vehicle, further increasing the already long wait. This resulted in me driving out of the facility more than an hour late than expected.
FARAAZ AI was overcharged, brought trailer back Sunday morning, system was down, now you charged me for another day!! I brought back on Sunday!!

I was first in line and had many questions while doing the mobile log in steps She was patient, kind and courteous. I told her all this in person as well, but I hope she sees this feedback. Ok. Abdul SI live in Kitchener and asked if I could do one way I was told no so I had to get trailer then drive home then drive back to woodbine location. When I returned I had a horrible time getting in parking lot then I was told to park trailer and uninstall trailer. This is not acceptable for I have medical conditions. So I spent more money on gas then I did when trailer amounted
