Really great location - staff was excellent. I had to switch trailers due to a wiring issue, but I was on my way with a replacement trailer NP.

I rented a van, they switched the van they gave me with another one because it had no gas (petrol) but still calculated the distance I drove with the first van they gave me. They charged me over $400 for a trip of only 84 kilometres. So I believe that they are not competent .

For someone who is not familiar with technology, this would be impossible for them. What about a customer just leaving the key in the drop box and the staff close the contract the next day.

I was the only customer in the shop the agent could have shown me where he vehicle was parked this would not have taken 10 seconds I requested a call back to review my final bill no one called my account was debited. There were no pay option online or on the app to pay my balance customer service can be better

KEITH JThe administrator, despite the fact that I had a car and accessories reserved for 2:00 PM and I reminded him repeatedly and asked me to give the car on time, ignored me while doing other things and told me to scan the code stuck on the floor for a new reservation (I don't know why when I had already reserved and paid for it) instead of giving me the car I booked, he gave me another one that was bigger and more expensive than I needed, and didn't give me the accessories even though it was reserved too. I started to register the car not at 2:00 PM as it was reserved, but at 2:45 PM, I walked around for a long time checking for unknown things. I gave the car after 3:00 PM, which led to the loss and subsequent receipt of my parcel, as the administrator delayed me for more than an hour. I am very sorry, but the service and customer service in this department is very bad. The employees don't know what to do, they can't or don't want to help customers, chaos and disorganization. I hope you will fix the shortcomings and everything will be better next time.

MARCOS MWhen I called and picked up my vehicle the service was great and the people helping me along were great. It was when I was dropping off the vehicle, they handed me the bill standing in line, I guess to make things faster for both them and myself. But I wanted a breakdown on how the numbers work because I didn't quite understand the bill. The manager tried to explain it and because he wasn't 100% on understanding it. He got frustrated with me because I kept on questioning the numbers that he couldn't 100% explain. Once I had enough and he somewhat explained most of it. I said well at least I got to understand most of the charges I said to him: you should get frustrated with me questioning the bill, all I wanted was you to breakdown the bill so it was more understand. His response was: its your money. Instead of saying, we appreciate your business or something like that. I always come to this location because the morning people treat me as a customer. Maybe they should teach the manager, CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Manil PAfter waiting in line 35 minutes to get to the counter I got my rental and I was never told that they will charge me gas service fee and gas, it’s not like it was unclear she just didn’t tell me they will charge me gas plus gas service if I didn’t charge myself which I’d do it if I knew, at the end my bill went to $200 and I never expected to be that much for a short rental. I understand they’re busy and understaff (she even mentioned that) however she could mention the details shortly. Also I didn’t think I use 21 litres in 79 km.
Jose AMade a reservation a week in advance only to be told no trucks were available. I had to wait 1hr and 30 mins to get into a truck. It was absolute chaos. The young man who sorted me out worked very hard to get me into a truck. He should be awarded for the way he maneuvered the crowd of customers.

Marcos DThey charged me CAD 20 for an after-hours return; I simply parked the car and dropped the keys in the drop-box since the office was already closed. I drove only 17 km, yet they claimed I used 6 liters of fuel—implying a consumption rate of 33 L/100 km, which is impossible; not even a loaded truck consumes that much. Also, the paperwork stated the tank was half-full, but it actually had less; I pointed this out to the attendant, who told me not to worry about it, yet later they charged me CAD 11.98 for 6 liters of fuel. With the price at CAD 1.81 per liter, that works out to about 2 dollars' worth of gas. In short, I paid CAD 100 for a two-hour rental and a 17 km drive—a total rip-off.
Geonfranco FWe rented a motorcycle trailer and there were so many things wrong with this trailer. The kid that set up the trailer gave us the okay that everything was in working order. He literally stood behind the trailer when we checked the lights and gave us the thumbs up even though the taillights werent working. We were on the road and someone pulled us over and told us our trailer lights werent working. We pulled over and found that the wires were crushed and internal snapped. We had to go to a canadian tire to repair the broken section of the wire. A few more minutes into our trip, another motorist tells us out trailer signals are backwards. We then again had to pull over at the nesrest canadian tire to get that fixed as well. What the hell is going on at this location. This was extremely dangerous and could have got us severely injured or even killed on the road.
