The service was horrible from the staff, I waited about 20 minutes before an associate helped me when picking up the truck. Once I was given the truck, they told me where the truck should be and wasn’t there, then had to relook at the computer and gave me somewhere else to look. It took me going back into the facility 4 times and my own process of elimination because no one would come outside to show me which truck was the one I rented. The license plate never matched the paperwork that was given to me and I went another time into the building to let the associates know that, they told me when I fill out the link sent to My phone, I can add it there. I tried filling out the app twice and kept getting an error message. I have rented U-Hauls many times and I’ve never had this bad of a customer experience. This location needs a service training for the entire staff so that they can learn how to have better customer service.

Lewimil DI showed the person assisting me about a light wire that was bare wire twisted together. I was surprised that he said it was ok to go . I later put electrical tape on the wires to protect them from coming apart and protect from weather .

Donald DThe biggest problem with this location is lack of parking. Every spot in front of the store is always taken and everywhere else is marked with signs warning you not to park there or you'll be towed. Not very customer friendly.
Donna KThe customer service needs help. I should not hear about another employee’s call out. While I was inquiring about the rental (this was on Sunday, September 6.I did not pick up the UHaul until the 7th) employees were talking about another employees calling out and I felt it was inappropriate and did not represent your agency well. I was appalled to hear this conversation between two male employees while I was seated at the desk. In the return, employee was on the cell phone, no greeting just reached for the key. So the customer service was not what I expected.

marian rCharged us $9 extra for gas, even though it had 20+ more miles on the gauge than when I got it. Other than that, the origin pickup location was friendly and prompt.
