The gentleman that assisted me when I rented checked in was very courteous and family. But when I returned the vehicle the young lady who was there was very rude, I asked for assistance at the return station and she said someone would be with me. I waited for a while for someone to come out, but noone did. So I went into the store , and the young lady was there and but went in the back as I started to the desk. Again, there were no customers in the store. Therefore i went to the same young man who checked me in nut he was on the phone assisting a customer. When she returned from the back I asked for assistance again and she said to me she had other things she had to do but would get to me. But I was the only customer in the store, I waited for the gentleman to check me out. I informed thim that the young lady was very rude. I find this attitude towards customers unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location because of her unpleasant attitude.

MICHAEL RI actually had the trip from Hell using one of your "Ram" Cargo Vans. Something was wrong with the steering.... I experienced constant "pulling" on the steering wheel as well as one instance where the truck made a lane change on it's own. There was also a constant feeling of what is described as "wandering" in the steering by many others who posted their experiences on social media when using that model of van. A trip to TN which usually takes me under 9 hours took over 13 hours as I could not drive the van over 50-55 mph. The vehicle that I rents should be deemed unsafe. I also reported this situation to your location manager.

Bonita BThe truck barely had gas in it when we rented it. I tried to fill it back up, and the door was broke on the truck. There was some things that needed fixing before they rented this truck out. We tried to ask for another one, but another one wasn’t available. I would like some kind of discount honestly.

GAITHER BHello U-Haul Management, Contract # 2444351 The AC system wasn’t working for the truck that I rented on April 16/2026 and outside temperature was very hot, around 98 degrees. I believe, the employees should observe outside temperature, and they shouldn’t rent out to the customers any car without AC inspection unless the customer chooses it. I pick it up the truck @ around 1:15pm and it was getting hotter. I was also surprised how the employees responded my concerns when I returned the truck and I informed them the AC is not working, they said people rent the truck with or without functioning. Kindly, the employees should use very gentle words with a good way of explaining the situation. Lastly, I’m constantly renting U-Haul truck and you can confirm your system and I just don’t want other customers to be treated the way I got treated. Sincerely | regular U-Haul customer

This was my first time in all rental trucks that I extended by a day because of the convenience and ease of parking.

AKIM FTruck was clean but it was put through the ringer. Starting with the front bumper and the drive side mirror. But with those two issues it got the job done one more thing to point out it STRUGGLED going up hills. Assuming cause it’s an old truck which had a 186k miles on it. I never had a uhaul truck with that much lol. Location 5 stars. Customer service 5 stars. Pick up and return quickness 5 stars. The truck 3 stars.

JOHN RThe customer service is horrible. The truck that I had was very raggedy. The heat did not work in the truck and it was freezing cold. The truck would not stop shaking while driving.
MORGAN BI returned the gaz at 1/4 with a little part of the white needle s visible. Initially they never refund me the gaz credit, then I had to call an agent who only agree to refund me 10$ out of the 25$ I spent at the gaz station.

Stephen AI paid my bill when I brought the truck back. Two days later UHAUL tried to take an extra $21 off my credit card. I went back and they had know explanations for the charge and said the charge would fall off. It has not fallen off, and my account is over drawn. If you give me a bill, and I pay it, that's the end. Why try to steal $21 latter.

elvie rMy guaranteed rental was not available at the reserved location, and I had to go to this location, which was further away, costing me more money in mileage and time since it set my move time back by hours, which was coordinated with 2 different companies for labor. Due to this, I have to spend a second day moving. I was also not credited with the $50 guarantee to have the truck available at that location.. The location I did get the truck from was okay and people nice. However, the truck was wet inside, including the interior door handle that was spilling over with water. I kept getting splashed with it, especially after having to close the driver’s side door, that took several times to close, and each time I would get splashed by the water coming from the handle. The steering wheel also felt loose, like there was a lot of movement, and making the truck feel like it was drifting. As a result, my hands are extremely sore and I’m unable to do simple tasks with them now.
