This location is not parking friendly for customers. It's very cluttered and small. Also, is inspection of the U-haul with the customer not a thing anymore? My father-in-law was helping us with getting our U-Haul and he said that before we left the parking lot the staff member needed to inspect the U-Haul. The staff members didn't really seem like they wanted to do this and they just told my father-in-law that everything's electronic now. I will honestly try not to come back to this location.

Please clean the truck before letting it go out. There was trash in the truck before we used it and I refused to pick up after someone else. Also the staff who works this facility was rude when we called to ask questions. Very riled up and didn’t understand or answer our questions fully. We won’t be renting from this facility again.
Brittany LI have used this location several times. Each time the one person dealing with customers and one to two others usually mulling around failed to even acknowledge my presence until the person dealing with another customer finished those dealings completely. It would have helped if someone said “Good morning. We will be with you in just a minute”. It’s common courtesy to recognize you have another customer in line especially as you pass by them multiple times.

EDISON BRob, the man helping me today was rude and fibbed about what pictures needed to be taken of the truck before we left with it this morning. He only said to take pics of the outside of the truck in case of damages. He never said to take pics of the inside or to take pics of the equipment in the truck such as the blankets and the dolly. JAIME DToo tight of lot for the number of UHauls. U-Haul needs to give more options on return locations and clarity of return location. We initially picked seguin to return and then found out we had to take to New Braunfels. That complaint isn’t specific to this store but to U-Haul in general
Devin WShould have done a better explanation of how miles work with a one-way rental. There were not enough miles to go from UHaul to my house to the apartment to Uhaul... it was only a few bucks but a simple explanation up front would have been appreciated. Also the worker seemed to be in a rush to get me out of there but the store was empty.

frank zClean but cluttered. Personnel was helpful to a point. The guy with the glasses in the lot was a little too involved on his phone to help anyone. He needs a class on how to help customers back-up and hook up to a trailer. I watched him for several minutes try and guide a customer backing up.to a trailer before the customer ultimatley moved the trailer by hand to hook it up. The lot is crowed and does not flow well. The guy inside was helpful and understood that people need to get going. A 5 minute drop off took 30 minutes. Consider reducing inventory or get a bigger lot.

I had the truck longer than I thought we would and before I knew it we passed our time that I thought we were going to have the truck. I tried to extend the rental and it told me it couldn’t be done and that another family had a reservation for the truck. I felt so bad that I called right then and there. Expressing my regret. When we did return the truck it was after hours and they were wanting to charge me an additional charge. I told them I didn’t have it but I would 3 days later. I was told I could call and make the payment then. I want to thank you for everyone’s patience with me. It speaks volumes to the kind of people y’all have working for u-haul. Thank you

FRANK RI feel like not necessarily location specific but I did the mobile pick up the second time and I just wish there was a little more clarity for the pick up part. I was having trouble doing my license verification and I wish this could have been done in advance however it’s possible I just missed it.
