Guy EThanks to all the staff I believe they make a good u haul team being a mover 4 over 30 years I've rented a few u hauls in my time and have encountered many different u haul teams and the team at Landa are one of the best I've done business with kudos to them the team is compiled with an awesome mixer of seasoned and youthful team members for that strength 👍👍

Terry FThe signage for drop off was a little confusing, but the gentleman working the counter helped unhook the trailer and roll it where it needed to go.
Michelle CWhen picking up the vehicle the gas was marked on the contract at 5/8 of a tank. As soon as I left the lot the guage dropped to just above 1/2 tank. Upon returning the vehicle I filled tank to 5/8 tank but received an additional charge for gas and more miles even though I returned the vehicle more than 1 hour early. Fix your gas guage and document mileage accurately.
Malcolm BPerson who helped me seemed bothered I was renting a tow dolly. Receipt say his name was Justin in case that’s not him, it was the bald guy. He was rude, I asked him how the return process works, being that the business will not be open when I return the dolly, he just responded with “go on the website.” He then proceeded with telling me I put down the wrong hitch type… and started arguing with me. Very unprofessional, you’re the “expert” here buddy, if you would like to refuse my rental due to not having the right setup than by all means refuse the rental but don’t treat people with disrespect. Horrible service.

Preston PYou need to make sure the drop off location is still an active business. After emptying the trailer I drove around for 30 minutes and couldn’t find the location listed for drop off. I then call the number listed and it wasn’t working either. Luckily I found a different location and was able to drop off there without any extra fees.

Ralph GThe gentleman who checked me in was rude, condescending and incompetent. When I returned the trailer, he told me I took the wrong one, but when I reminded him that he checked me out and connected it himself, he changed his story, took my paperwork, crumpled it, and said he’ll fix it and that it was the other guy who switched it in the system. Will definitely find a different location next time.

DARELL HTruck was not ready when I went to pick dispite being booked a day in advance. They didn’t even know I was on the schedule, then after returning the vehicle I received a $20 discount which was one mileage instead of the 50$ Guarantee if truck is not available. One guy Aiden was really nice and tried to help up out with the bad situation but the other employees were horrible and I will never rent from here again and my family won’t either because they witnessed the horrible customer service and were shocked just as well. They were just fine with the way they conducted business dispite any wrong doing on their part.

paul bTrailer wasn't swept out, they forgot my furniture pads so I had to drive all the way back down to the location ( 1 hour round trip) to pick them up so I got started approximately 1 1/2 hours late doing my move because of that. Then when I get there to do the return I am a couple hours late do to: 1) starting late thanks to their lack of preperation, 2) there was an accident on the interstate that caused a back up for all most an hour. They still charged me an extra full days rental when I wasn't but an hour late when you consider the time I lost going back to pick up the furniture pads they didn't load, when they said they did. On top of that the guy checking me said that I had to back the trailer in to the same spot I picked it up in yesterday. They have a rental return sign that it tells you to drop your rental item off at. Plus, they have dollies for moving trailers around( this I know for a fact because I used to work at Uhaul managing multiple facilities) this chump was just to lazy to want to spot the trailer himself. Bottom line, they inconvenienced me by making me drive a 1 hour round trip and spend a half an hour to get my pads they forgot, then they tell me I have to spot my own trailer and they have the gull to charge me another full day rental for being late By two hours! And it isn't like they had a reservation for the trailer waiting be ause if they did they had two more of them setting on their lot to rent. I won't use this location again, everything i have rented there it has been a problem and this time was no exception, I will suggest that people stay away from this location to rent a trailer and go to a small locally owned rental yard instead for local trailer rentals, avoid the hassles and the scrappy additudes.

JEFF SThis review is based on entire drop off experience. The contracted drop off location for my return was magically changed within minutes of my return time and caused much frustration. Upon arriving at the original drop off location "Andy's Repairs" on my contract, they not only would not take my rented truck they were not customer friendly and not of any help. When I finally identified where 'u-haul corporate' had changed my drop off location to, I was getting annoying texts telling me my rental was late then had to locate a return truck to new location. The employee at U-Haul of Landa Park was actually personable and helpful, and appreciate that location seems dedicated to u-haul returns.
