SALVADOR AOn my initial visit to rent it was ok and they were a little friendly but when I returned the vehicle they were so dismissive. The young tall guy at the counter that assisted just grab the keys and never greeted me. He was so locked on his phone that he just grab the keys and ran outside. When he came back in he was still on his phone so much that when he printed the receipt he gave me a blank piece of paper. I was standing there trying to to figure out on the real receipt once he gave it to me why they had charged me so much even though I brought it back a whole day before. So I asked the other guy the heavy one why and he really didn't want to answer me and just blew me off with some side answer. They both just left me standing in the building. I will never use that location again, customer service over there SUCKS. I will also warn my friends about that location and the two knuckle heads that I met in there. What happen to customer service it's just sad. 😔

MICHAEL MI believe this facility is managed relatively well; however, there are too many pieces of equipment for a small lot, which makes it difficult for people to navigate in and out with large vehicles or to hook up. The overcrowded lot makes it challenging and stressful to maneuver consumer vehicles.In addition, the vehicle I received was not dirty, but I wouldn't describe it as well-maintained either. The steering wheel was at least 15 degrees off-center while driving, and the truck had a noticeable alignment issue, making it concerning to drive. It required holding the wheel in a very specific position, which complicates setting cruise control and means it's hard to keep the vehicle straight.Furthermore, the facility is not staffed adequately to assist more than one customer at a time, which often results in long wait times for help. While waiting can be expected, nobody wants to spend 30 minutes in this situation. Additionally, the checkout process on the app is lengthy, as it requires a number of details and takes time to complete.There is an empty lot across the street. If the business were to store more of its vehicles there and add an additional staff member, this would really smooth out the process of getting vehicles in and out and picked up easily.

SHELBIE HI parked in wrong spot the person yelled at me told me I needed to pay attention to signs. Then he told me I would have to move the truck. He really stressed me out , i told him he didn’t have to be so rude.

ARMANDO CAnthony Ronquillo, general manager, did a very good job in scheduling and performing the installation of my receiver hitch. Store location on I-35 frontage road takes some planning to access. A study of local streets before visiting the site would help avoid the roundabout approach and traffic hassles on the frontage road.
