Easy to reserve online and I went inside to finish the pick up process, and the gentleman was courteous and efficient
STACEY AEveryone from the location to customer service were amazing and very kind. Never making me feel bad. I had the truck longer than I thought we would and before I knew it we passed our time that I thought we were going to have the truck. I tried to extend the rental and it told me it couldn’t be done and that another family had a reservation for the truck. I felt so bad that I called right then and there. Expressing my regret. When we did return the truck it was after hours and they were wanting to charge me an additional charge. I told them I didn’t have it but I would 3 days later. I was told I could call and make the payment then. I want to thank you for everyone’s patience with me. It speaks volumes to the kind of people y’all have working for u-haul. Thank you
STEVEN TRain was pouring down in bucketfulls when I arrived. They directed me to the correct location and disconnected the trailer and I never even had to get out of my truck!! Great service!!!

FRANK RI feel like not necessarily location specific but I did the mobile pick up the second time and I just wish there was a little more clarity for the pick up part. I was having trouble doing my license verification and I wish this could have been done in advance however it’s possible I just missed it.

MILTON RIts BS I couldn't return extra boxes and tape not used without a receipt. Especially when I brought them and told to bring the excess back.

Randy VThe guy that was there who turned out to be the location GM was extremly rude and acting extremly bothered. First off not acknowledging that i was there when I asked him about where to do hhokup. So i walked inside and then he came in 5 minutes later and said you pickup outside not in here. Then started complaining I was there at 7:30 am and not at 7:00 that the reservation showed. If this had been my first experience with Uhaul i would never rent there again. However I have rented with Uhaul over 30 times and have never had such horrible service. His customer service is non existent and should not interract with customers. I will never go back to this location ever again.

Thomas LDon’t hire employees that get a satisfaction from being an asshole to customers. & They promised I could return all the equipment but they lied since they saw me in a moment of NEED. Now my credit card is over the limit & I am struggling to pay rent. Those $50 that they were being DICKS about really meant a lot to me. More than it does to an entire corporation! Very disappointed and I will NEVER use UHUAL again.

Thomas CDriver mirror was hard to adjust. Had to position all the way forward then twist hard. Perhaps rust or over tightened.
FRANCIS CHe listened to my issue with the odor that had been present. He also listed to a couple of concerns of sounds that I’d heard and was planning to give the truck a good check before sending it out again. Very nice.
PATRICIA PU-Haul Reps were outstanding. Very helpful in rerouting a trailer that was changed from this location to another back to here. U-haul logistics needs to check before sending a customer all over town.

BRANNON MHurry up and build the new facility. While it is a great location and you should have gotten the old gas station across the street years ago. You have outgrown this small lot. You could still keep as a satellite location with a few vehicles as it is easy to park in H-E-B or the bowling alley and walk to location and not having to worry about leaving your car on the street in front of someone’s house. Looking forward to having the new location up and running.
Richard WEngine light was on along with a warning to check the gas cap. Thankfully I made it to the destination without any problems. I checked the gas cap but the warning light remained on.
