NOAH SFor the second time in about a month, I was rented an unserviceable trailer. I am lucky I was not hurt or killed by the unserviceable trailer causing me to have an accident. This location should be closed until all equipment is checked for safety concerns and staff should all be trained how to properly check equipment for safety issues.

Felicia HMy only complaint.......this truck rode like I was in an Abrams Tank. I felt every bump, crack, divot and whatever in the road. 300 miles of that. I didn't have that heavy of a load either. You advertise smooth ride. This was far .....And I mean far from it.

Barimah ABe sure to tell all the details and do the job right. I had no contract for the vehicle I even rented. I am being charged almost a house payment . I just wanted to rent something to go home in and I was gonna drop off where I lived. I was told I could. Then I was informed there was no way possible to drop off anywhere but that location that was 50 miles from my home. I tried for days to get to there but for one reason or other I would get almost there , then I couldn't get home safe or get through the tunnel . I paid a over a month of what I pay for insurance for a 3 day rental .. I don't have money kike that. I was lied to and I'm not informed correctly. Told I had to pay it before I could even dispute it. I'll never get my money owed back now. I will never rent from them again if this is how I'm treated. I never had an issue renting a vehicle and I do rent alot I will make sure everyone knows how uhaul treats their customers. This is so wrong and I should t have had this problem on the first place had I not been mislead so they could get all my money.

JOY HNot work with the movers. . . I requested assistance to help move my furniture. The movers U-Haul selected charged me $65 extra to take my bed apart. They delivered it & did not have the screws to put it back. Ridiculous! Also, they would not take items off the truck until I gave them the code which I was told not to give it to them until the job was completed. Therefore, I’m not happy with paying the movers $65 & then pay someone else to put it back together.
Michelle PThe customer service was great but it was very expensive. $900 + for 1 month. Akso $25 fee for taking out the trash. Otherwise the manager Tony and the employees I gave popcorn too were friendly.

Their ways of handling customers with complex issues were very professional. In two stances, I was about to lose my clients, but these 2 made sure they help me with U- Haul customer service intervention. They stayed with me till after hours to make sure corporate resolve my issues.

natalie wNeither this location nor nearby locations had any furniture trollies for rental, but we needed them for our move, so I was forced to purchase two. I don't understand how U-Haul can have furniture trollies for sale but not available for rental.
Paul AFor 2 days my fee was $321 and the charge is $1.19 a mile. Pretty highway robbery for when you need a vehicle in an emergency.

LIONELL OFix the mirror! The 10' truck I rented had a loose passenger side mirror. You could adjust it (manually, after climbing over the passenger seat, unrolling the window, climbing back to see if it was good, climbing over to adjust some more, etc etc...come on, how old is this truck? There's no excuse for not having a means to adjust the mirror remotely from the driver's seat!) but as soon as you got on the highway, it would blow out of position, leaving me blind on the right side. This made for a terrifying driving experience. For the sake of the next customer and anyone who might be on his right side, please fix this dangerous situation! Further: the gas tank was at 3/4 when I left the lot. I refilled it to just over 3/4, and then watched the needle drop as I drove away from the gas station. I see from my receipt that I was charged $8.25 for gas. The whole fuel thing feels like a scam. I rent from here frequently, and the tank is never full. That means that when I refill before returning, I have to guess a little, and I always end up overfilling because I don't want to be charged $5+ a gallon. Here's the thing: if I return it short, you charge me $5+ gallon, but I suspect you don't do actually add any gas; you just give it to the next guy with whatever is in the tank. There was a customer picking up at the same time I was that found his vehicle had less than 1/4 tank. So that extra fuel charge is pure profit for you. Please just give us full tanks so we can refill with confidence that we're not paying for more gas than we used. As I said, I rent vehicles 5-6 times a year, and this location is the most convenient, and the customer service is generally good. But I've become increasingly dissatisfied with the maintenance and turnover practices, especially as they impact safety.

Reginald GI had to request that the trailer br swept.Yhey blew toilet clean, They check the lights. But one direction signal was not working. They forgot to give me the packing blankets that I ordered. They called me after I was 20 miles away and removed them from the order.

Christopher GFYI, tell customer when renting the 15ft truck about how the lock on the accordion door needs to be set, so it will not get stuck.
