GENNADY FLet customers know that if they plan to drop off a vehicle after hours that they will need to download the app and take a bunch of photos. It take around 15 minutes to complete. Otherwise the customer gets charged from not using the app to record the return.
Charles MI specifically had reserved a utility dolly that was needed for my move. When I showed up, they did not have any which made my move significantly more difficult. It's unacceptable to sell someone a product online and not provide it.
Brendan KTruck had less a lot less fuel than reported. I got charged for this on return. Check engine light on pickup. Truck had a bad vibration between 50-60mph.
Nathanael PI had to wait about 1 hour at the counter since your computer terminals was working very slow. You need to upgrade your IT system. The staff was friendly and helpful. Diego kept on apologizing to me about your computer system.
JIMMIE LU Haul company computer systems need major improvement and update. It's so slowed that it took almost one hour to pick up the vehicle of my reservivation.

Ryan FI was given an extremely dangerous car and they admitted at the facility when i returned it that uhaul knew that this vehicle has had a faulty right side mirror. While i was driving on the freeway the right side mirror was flopping in the wind. Very disturbing experience. I feel betrayed as a uhaul customer.

SALLY LYour computers we not working properly when I went to get my rental, so had to wait over 45 minutes to get processed. Then the counter person said they were out of dollies, for which I had made a reservation for one. So, how could you not have one reserved for my rental - which was desperately needed. After searching they found one last one. But, the idea you take reservations and then not have the product available is not acceptable. Then the lock on the rental did not work either. So, not such a great experience.
Richard PRight passenger door wouldn’t open from the outside even if unlocked. Not sure if that was some safety kids lock.
BRENT LSite recommended by web app is an abandoned junkyard. Ended up having to rent at a different locale. Steep price for a day and a half rental.

Amy MI ordered a small truck, insurance for it and the dolly and the price i was offered online was below $50. When I came to pick up the truck, they had no dolly for me and the price without a dolly was almost $60. Very disappointed with the service and price tricks that the company makes. No transparency

Daniel CMy contacted stated 2/3 full, while the van had 9/16 indicated (one tick above half). The desk agreed to allowed the change. I drove for 12 miles, the mileage indicator said I drove at an average of 14.8 miles per gallon. it took 1.5 gallons to get it back to the one tick above half. it's only three dollars at today's gas prices, but you're not going to give a truck full of gas, then you should pay me back the $3.00. even putting in a full gallon was overpaying for what used...

Ken GChange the way gas level is recorded. I suggest all trucks be full at time of rental. The gauges are inaccurate and some takes a long time to settle. Likewise, the amount of gas needed to fill the tank to the required level should be clearly stated on the vehicle. The truck I picked up was said to have 1/2 tank. After leaving the location and driving a few minutes down the road, the level settled at 3/8.
