Be clearer regarding the contract and how to indicate issues as low fuel and seats that were not adjustable. The manager had to move the driver's seat up. However, the back of the seat was too far away. I had no support. I was not aware that I needed to review the texted contract right away, before driving off. I disputed the gas, but as I had not indicated low fuel on the texted document which disappears after 20 minutes, I had to fill the tank.

Had a guarantee pickup at 4pm. Got there at 3:50 but location had closed at 3? Had to go to Oakland to get trailer. Was a 90 minute round trip. What good is the guarantee?

Guy was blasé and rude about it when we tried to explain this was the condition we found the van in. Didn’t think we needed to take pictures of van before we used it. We only moved furniture no plants or messy things. Be warned take photos. Hope we get our cleaning fee back.
