NATHAN HWe told U-Haul at least 4 x that we did not know our address in Florida, it was a mess , then we gave a week notice to deliver to our new updated address, then the delivery was moved 2x which then passed the rent date then we were charged rent but $40 more than was quoted for the rent , we should not have been charged the rent at all since we called the week before to schedule the drop off before the rental date. Still waiting for that refund on $117.10 Since it was so many calls and supposedly recorded, please check those and listen many people are not doing what they promise on the customer service lines.
Christopher CUpon returning vehicle I was told to leave the keys and everything would be situated. Was also instructed to go inside for a printer receipt. Inside the store I was told the printer is broken and I would be emailed a receipt. The next day rolls around and I get a text that my rental is late/overdue. I still never got my receipt and the store never processed my return. I called the location and the word this time is that their system is down. Rental was finalized and situated after visiting the location in person. Entire return process was unprofessional and an inconvenience. For what it’s worth, entire staff I came across were very friendly and accommodating, not their fault that everything is broken. Store needs to pick up the slack and do better.

Jose SA little more guidance on the app. It's confusing. It works well once you get the hang of what's going on, but the initial experience is confusion. And finding my reservation was weird, especially standing in front of the representative trying to find the reservation number. Lots of wasted movement.
Ray WLazy customer service at the desk. The girl was annoyed that I wanted the van I reserved and not a box truck. She handed me the key with no explanation of the truck was. I was forced to take a larger truck I didn’t reserve and even though I filled the gas tank back to the level I rented it at, I was charged for gas. DO NOT leave the truck without a paper receipt. I was told they would email it and they lied and said the gage wasn’t at half a tank (it was 1/8 more than 1/2) and so they added a gas refill charge on to my bill. NEVER USE THIS U-HAUL LOCATION.
Suzanne HAgain, a great experience. The drop off location was clearly marked and a friendly attendant got me unhitched and on my way in no time.
Severin FI don’t know what I would do to improve it. Everybody at the facility was great.
Rich GOne box came with a steel strap screwed across door. We did not know this or have a cordless driver to remove while our paid U-Haul helpers stood by. We had o ask someone else for assistance. No overtime for helpers because it was a short job time wise. Boxes need to be inspected under the cover for modifications made to secure weak boxes.

Shatera OWhen I came in I wanted the smallest truck online it said your store had it but when I got there your store only had big trucks . So I had to take it I went over my time and got a disturbing call from Gary telling me that the truck they gave me is for somebody else that I need to have it back by 12 I told him I can’t because I have to get help from somebody he told me there would be a 50 dollar fee for keeping it . Also he told me he couldn’t take the car trailer without the truck . I had to drop it off because it was in my way of moving the rest of my stuff . It inconvenience me that I had to get a big truck for 10 items and when I couldn’t come on time I’m getting charged I feel he thought I was never bringing it back he made me feel like I was stealing I called him and I told him I’m gonna go to corporate he got mad and charged my whole card for everything he could think of . He’s rude and has terrible customer service. I’ll be talking to corporate tomorrow.

Patrick WOne of the straps to hold the vehicle to the dolly lost both its bolts on the road to the pick up. If this had happened after the pick up, people could have died, including me. Please make sure the equipment is in proper order before renting. No excuses, this was unacceptable.I gave an average rating due to the great employees who helped me and the exemplary folks at roadside support. Otherwise the rating would have been poor. jonathan fIt’s necessary that you have change management this location. Part visit is really hard to do business with you guys due to staffing. We’re rude and earth house but I’ve been gone in the same location for years and this last experience was great. It was excellent customer service manager was ready tentative and they made sure that everything went smooth. I had a little problems with the app was freezing doing the verification and when I went and talked to one of the customer service rep, this gentleman was able to help me out and got me checked in and out easier less stressful everything went really good. I highly recommend this place.
