I want to give a big shout out to Jake B. My reservation was not as I expected when I arrived. I think it is a software problem. Anyway, Jake gave me excellent customer service, treated me like I was important, and got me back in business and on my way. Jake is the kind of employee every employer wants.

Tunu sHaving only one person in the office to deal with everyone made for a line to the door. The person working was doing their best, so no fault on them. Having reserved a pickup & car hauler, I expected it to be ready to go. Instead I was sent to the lot to find the truck with no trailer. I spoke to someone who said to grab the hitch out from behind the seat and then backup and take the trailer. There was no hitch behind the seat. Eventually they went and found one and when I backed up the trailer they were pleasant and went ahead and hooked it up for me.
Sean SMy recent experience at this U-Haul location was extremely disappointing. The assistant who checked me in was rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. I rented a trailer and politely requested that my return time be updated from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM before the check-in process was completed. However, when I reviewed the agreement, it still showed a 7:00 PM return time. When I brought this to her attention, she reacted with visible annoyance and informed me that changing the return time to 9:00 PM would require paying for an additional day’s rental, which made no sense given that I had checked in around 10:30 AM and was still well within the 12-hour rental window. When I questioned this and asked to speak with a manager, I was told the manager was on vacation and unavailable. I insisted on speaking with someone else, at which point the employee threatened to cancel my reservation and yelled at me to leave the store. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I would not recommend this location to anyone based on how I was treated.
Chinna PThe $19.95 rental ended up to be just over $100 when all said and done, seems a bit misleading. Your staff is helpful, professional and friendly, I couldn't ask for better. Check in and out was very efficient and the truck was clean and easy to manuver. Overall a 5 star rating is well deserved. Thank you once again for a good experience.
Lois SOnly deficiency at this location is limited parking and difficult vehicle access due to poor street access, needing to loop around behind the building for exiting, very busy street, etc. At busy times incoming rental traffic must queue up into the street along a pretty busy stretch of four lane traffic. Service, knowledge and friendliness are way above par. Just the logistics are a bit sketchy.
RICHARD AThe Girl that was at the facility when I returned the trailer locked herself in the office and wouldn’t come out to complete my return. I was charged an extra day after she said that she would email me. I had to go back after work the day after and get it straightened out with another employee. It’s such a letdown. I guess that’s what happens when the manager hires her daughter.

David OA frustrating experience! Reserved and rented a 10’ truck on 5/13/26. The store was clean and well organized. The woman at the front desk seemed more interested in what she was looking at on the internet than the customer (me). I arrived a few minutes after 3 PM to pick up the truck. My reservation was for 24 hours, picking up at 4pm.. She entered the return as 4 PM the following day which resulted in charges for an additional day’s rental and insurance. I explained that she needed to change the return time to reflect 24 hours from when I was actually picking up the truck to avoid the additional day’s charges. The woman insisted the computer wouldn’t let her and there was nothing she could do about it. After several more attempts to explain how to correct the charges by adjusting the pick up and return times I decided to call the corporate office. She then called the manager who helped her figure it out. Cleanliness; I opened the cargo door to check the back of the truck, only to fine the entire floor was covered in water. I went back into the store and told the woman the floor was wet, she responded by telling me that it had just been cleaned and would need some time dry out. I told her that I needed a truck with dry floor. She responded with an attitude; Got the contract? Got the key? Yes. She then re-did the process of renting me a truck. With a bad attitude.

Monica JThe server was down on Saturday when we went to rent the UHaul, so there was a super long line and it took forever to process everyone's reservations. Also, we wanted to pick up and drop off in Issaquah, but two days before found we had to pick up in Renton so switched from an A to A move to an A to B move, which increased the price. Then, the day we were going to drop the truck in Issaquah, we were told we had to return it in Bellevue instead, which was just as far away as Renton. So I asked if we could drop it off where we picked it up in Renton and change back to an A to A move like our original plan, but they said no. So we couldn't pick up or drop off in the location we wanted, and got charged extra. It was really annoying.
Madeline KI liked their friendly service. Even though there was a long line of customers, probably because of their friendly service, they made sure that everybody in the line was at least acknowledged upon entering. And they handled the customers like a pro. Great team!
DANIEL YI will admit the convenience of renting a moving van is tough to beat but the van we rented seemed to be 'over-used' in the suspension. the shocks are not worn but virtually gone. The steering had the van wanting to travel all over the road - in a high wind I would have struggled to keep my own lane. I also do not appreciate being charged for the $30 coverage when I selected, and my receipt shows, I chode the $15 option. I was also charged for 3 gallons of fuel when I added over 4.5 before returning it putting it maybe 1/16th, 1/32nd below where it was, certainly not 3 gallons. I'll find a different option next time.

Filly AJason was just outstanding. He called the day before to adjust my pickup time because of a schedule change. The new time worked for me, and the truck was ready when he said it would be. On Saturday, when I returned the truck, the location was extremely busy, and Jason was handling everything inside as well as outside. He was doing an awesome job, but with the number of rentals coming and going on a Saturday afternoon, it was hard for him to keep up.

Audrey KI had a bad experience with one of the staff members—a woman who was assisting us on-site this past Saturday. She insulted us, verbally attacked us, and behaved in a very aggressive and rude manner. For me, it was a truly negative experience; after all, if you are renting a trailer or equipment and paying for a service, there is simply no reason for the staff to treat you poorly or mistreat you in that way.

Peter JThe guy working at the counter on Friday, 4/10/26 was rude, dishonest and unhelpful. When we picked up the cargo van, the vehicle didn’t have 3/4 of gas in the tank as he stated, we filled up over 3/4 fuel tank after using the vehicle for two hours, we even took photos of fuel gauge before and after for proof. U-Haul sent us the receipt showing additional $21.70 for 3 gallons fuel charge. We went back to the store to talk with the guy, he didn’t listen or care, he told us it was our fault for not checking the text message on our phone when picking up the vehicle and there was nothing he could do about it. We were appalled for the terrible customer service we received at this store! We would recommend checking your phone for text message and carefully reviewing receipt from U-Haul when doing business at this location, there might be additional charges of something that you’re not aware of.

Brian BBest experience ever renting from Uhaul. Renton Truck Uhaul location had great reviews, so I went with them to move an apartment size home. Christa offered coffee and hooked up one of their 8 foot trucks and 6 by 12 trailers for the move. Both where very clean and was a much nicer ride and experience that using one of the bigger trucks. The chevy truck was very comfortable and pulled that fully loaded trailer easily. Cannot believe how much you can get into one of those 6 by 12 cargo trailers. Highly recommend you try one of these with their 1/2 ton 8 foot truck for a move vs the bigger truck.... and you will get a clean well maintained one. Will use both again when needed.
Marius SI was not told about the parking policy in advance. That lack of information caused some very poor interactions, and caused me to run an hour late when moving my terminally ill husband. The added stress was something I did not need especially as it was entirely avoidable.

Pheonyx SWent by myself to pick the U-Haul truck. ask the guy that worked there. Where can I park my car and he said that there was no parking on their lot. You would have to either park at Chevron right next-door or discount tires which they probably would tow my car away so I ended up parking two blocks away on the street. I didn’t feel that my car was safe, but I did it anyways cause I didn’t have anybody that could come to to pick up my car

GREGORY BThe staff was very kind and helpful and efficient ! Unfortunately, this wasn’t the location that Ioriginally made my reservation at …2 weeks in advance to my move. I had to drive a half hour each way to pick up the U-Haul when my original location was five minutes from my home , so with that I’m disappointed.it took up an hour of my reserved elevator time . Without the elevator reservation, it took me an additional two hours to move my things out and all I got for the inconvenience was 30 miles. That is my only complaint
Kim UI am extremely disappointed with my experience at this location. The elderly gentleman who assisted me was markedly rude, abrupt, and confrontational. I am unsure if he is on the autism spectrum, as I had to repeat my phone number at least seven times. Additionally, he repeatedly revealed his open carry firearm while behaving with an attitude. Moreover, I was provided with a key to a vehicle parked behind others. The sole positive aspect of the visit was the interaction with the young man outside, who was very personable and apologetic regarding my situation. He assumed responsibility and endeavored to resolve the matter effectively.
