When I returned the vehicle on Tuesday May 26, there was a sign telling return vehicle drivers to pull up and wait in the truck for an attendant. I sat and waited for 5 minutes, and even honked lightly when no one came out. After a long wait, I went inside and found the attendant working on his computer. He initially told me to wait until he finished an email, but then realized he needed to help me check out, and he told me that the invoice would be emailed. I was expecting him to inspect the vehicle, look at the gas level, and check if the blankets were all accounted for, but he told me I could leave and he would email the receipt to me. I was slightly annoyed that he was so slow to look up and check out the truck, since I had a friend follow me in a separate vehicle to drive me home. So he was holding up two people, while he finished his other business.

Zan PIt took an hour to get a trailer hooked up to my car. I was told someone was coming to help me but I had to go inside three times to finally have the one and only person there help me. then the door on the trailer wouldn't close, so I had to call roadside assistance. When I came t drop it off, there was no one else there, and the person working basically ignored me.
Sandra CStaff was completely unhelpful. Did not have equipment I had reserved. Could not explain charges on my bill that were unwarranted. Actively hindered me during truck return. Overall poor experience due to incompetent staff.

EDEN DEli was very friendly and helpful. He checked me in. I was hot when I arrived and he brought me some water which I truly appreciated. I also want to say Thank you the gentleman that helped over the phone (Mag) before I got to the Brookline location. I was having a difficult time logging into the mobile app for my original reservation and he was able to get me the van in Brookline so that I could still do what I needed to do. He was so patient with me while I was in a panic & in tears throughout the entire call and he never got frustrated with me one time. I think he deserves to be recognized for his wonderful customer service. Thanks!

SEAN BHUGE shout out to Elias D! Uhaul initially got directed to a neighborhood rental location with the promise of getting credit on the rental but that turned out to be a bust because their neighborhood dealer had no truck and wasn't even home. So we had to go back to Brookline where Elias got us our credit and helped us with getting the truck set up and ready to go and really turned around a stressful morning by being so chill and helpful.

ARTEM SFranklin handled our rental interaction with efficiency, patience, and clarity. But what came after that is what really impressed us. Unfortunately, another customer backed into our personal car in the UHaul lot while we were processing our van rental. Franklin handled the interaction between we two customers with such calm and grace that it immediately defused the situation. He clearly explained next steps, taking care to clarify what we could expect from UHaul's process, and where we would need to take our own action. He was kind, clear, and direct. We walked away from the interaction grateful for his involvement, rather than miffed about unfortunate accident, all to Franklin's credit.
SHANNA SKudos to the folks in the office that I dealt with. The morning pick-up person had dug all the snow off the van and checked the engine start ahead of a fairly early pickup just after the blizzard, and both they and the afternoon drop-off person were pleasure to interact with. Keep hiring good people!
