Megan BSo when trying to get the trailer the web site indicated no availability. But there was a box where someone would call you back....? it didn't say go ahead and enter your credit card and then someone would call you back. Also, the location I picked the trailer up at had 4 of them all available yet the web site indicated no availability.
Donald PThe truck had a broken drivers seat that leaned to the left. The engine light was on and the engine acted like it was going to stall. Because of the great truck I was given. I ended up 20 minutes late and had to hear the sale person whine about possibly charging me a late fee. Will never use U-Haul again.

Jeffrey SWhen I made the reservation online for the 6x12 trailer there was no option to select whether or not the trailer had a ramp (the last time I rented a 6x12 trailer I was told that 6x12 trailers all had a ramp). When I arrived and found that the trailer did not have a ramp I requested a change to one that did. I was told that the other 6x12 trailer had been reserved. I asked if that client had specifically requested a trailer with a ramp and was told "no". I again asked if I could switch to the trailer with the ramp as I definitely needed the ramp and was told they couldn't make the switch. U-haul should add that option to the online reservation page so that customers will be aware of the actual trailer capabilities. Luckily I had an alternative option for transporting what I was moving with the U-haul trailer.

Mark NEvery time I rent a uhaul it seems to have issues. I think they all need to have a overhaul on them to make sure they are as safe as possible. The last truck I rented smelled like something was burning. This truck the steering was off and sounded like there was something loose underneath like a heat shield. I did inform them when I returned the vehicle.

Allen PEverything was a positive and very efficient experience. Made it very easy. The only small thing I could suggest to improve upon is the responsiveness of the handheld check-in device at the conclusion of my rental. It was a little slow in responding.

KENNETH NYou could paint the trucks occasionally for both the longevity of your vehicles and to give a top class impression. People tend to assume that a vehicular with rust on it may not be well maintained and therefore less safe to drive. Your staff are efficient and polite and your booking system makes renting easier.

JACK BA glitch in billing was quickly resolved. IOW, a possible irritation was solved in a way that reinforced my faith in Uhaul.
STEPHEN STruck interior was dirty and sticky. Hadn't been cleaned in what appears to be a while. The back of the truck had a baseball size hole in the roof which allowed all of our belongings to get wet. Our move unfortunately was on a day where it rained very heavily. Thankfully not ALL of our belongings were ruined.

Dede KDon't let people choose a pickup location and then change it 25 miles away the day before; also delaying the pickup time. You can add all the bonus miles you want doesn't make up for the time wasted.

They made the rental process quick, easy, and stress-free, and answered all of my questions with a smile. The truck was clean, well-maintained, and ready when I arrived. I really appreciate the great customer service and would definitely rent from this U-Haul location again.

Person was on some sort of drugs...was told my debt card was only charged 88 dollars an some change but when I looked on my statement it was charged 101 dollars an some change... was not happy at all with the people there at that location ..there liars and rip-offs..
