Andrew RosengardI went to the location I wasn’t explained anything about my contract didn’t even have the dolly that I paid for gave me wheels instead and told my they would take the dolly price off , then when I called to change my drop off location I was told I was going to get charged 1 dollar per mile that I went over , then I was only allowed 94 miles and from San Antonio to Austin is 93 miles so after moving and paying for everything I overdrawn my account bc of 60 dollars of miles I used that I wasn’t informed about When I picked up my car they literally gave me the keys and asked for my card information and I went on my way no dialogue no explaining nothing

Thomas GistOriginal location I was sent to did not have the truck there, no idea why. After talking with a rep in the phone they were able to locate another truck at the above location. I was called multiple times to ensure I was going to right location. Would be great if someone there ensures the specific truck is at the location before i get there.

Fernando De Los SantosSo when I got to pick up my U-Haul that I had reserved when I got ready to pay, they said that there was a problem so I had to call the one 800 number but they said they was gonna hold my U-Haul. They didn’t hold my U-Haul they gave it to somebody else and the one that they gave me the transmission was slipping in it and it had dog hair and I’m allergic to dog cat so I had allergic reaction to that and I’ve been sick ever cents and when I got took it back, I rented another one. The guy was so rude. He was on the phone and he just act like I didn’t exist as a customer and I had been calling and calling and calling and called and that location and no one was answering so I had to drive over there and the guy that was there. He was very rude so 10 out of 10 I would not recommend this location I just go to this location all the time that there was a black out there he was very nice but the people that you guys have there now or rude as hell in a very slow, and then we were at their own pace not at your pace, and they take the time.
CYNTHIA FLEMINGSI turned in my trailer and was assured I was good to go. All checked in. A week later I get an email stating they have repeatedly tried contacting me, which was untrue. Not by phone or email which both can be tracked. I had to go through a bunch of angering nonsense and no apologies. They had to go through the camera footage and saw in fact I did return it. But what’s really funny is they had already rented out the trailer while saying I didn’t turn it in. Great job uhaul, never again.

Samuel BradfieldI arrived at 9:30AM. The person at the desk told me I have to wait for the installer in order to do the work order and that it would not be able to be done until 10am. At 10:30, I asked why I was still waiting, and he said I was waiting for the hitch to be installed. I said "No, you told me that the WORK ORDER could not be done until the installer arrived. I have a ride waiting to pick me up." He denied telling me that, but I suggest you go over the security footage. The work was fine. The reception, not so much. If you go to get a hitch as a customer, make sure the expectations are very clear so you don't end up wasting time because of lousy communication from the employee who helps you.
