Trailer bounced like a basketball even at slow speeds. Even though this trailer was designed for a 2" connection, Coupler to a 2" ball was extremely loose and continually causing jerking and unstable load on truck with loud noises as the coupling moved. Felt very unsafe and uncomfortable. I will not be renting another U-Haul Trailer again.
Cameron AI have rented from this location a number of times. They are always very helpful and the equipment is always clean and ready as needed. I recommend using this location to anyone needing equipment or moving supplies.

Greg TI have been to UHAUL & they will somewhat direct you to your Truck.........in Knoxville they give you a key & say go find it. There were a lot of trucks & yes we located the truck we would be using.........but to me-I just spent $350 & I felt like there was very little customer service. The workers were not rude, they just seemed like they did not care after I made payment. The truck was clean & performed well. The drop off was easy.

Lane WI was told by my pick up location and by U-Haul scheduling that I could change the drop-off location by calling them. This, along with a number of other inconsistencies between U-Haul reps, was apparently untrue and if I were to change to a location a couple miles closer to me (within the same city) it would result in a substantial additional fee. The drop off location, U-Haul of West Town, was efficient and helpful. The guy working was great.

Abbie DOnly wanted the trailer for 2 days was charged for 4 days. Called and opened a ticket on 7/22 the day of return. Supposed to hear from manager and still haven’t. Being charged for too many days.

Kelsey MThey were super busy but still made time to check us in and get us out quickly. I see other bad reviews about this location, but our experience was very positive. There were only 2 people working, so might need to add some time, but they were working hard to accommodate everyone.

Joe GHonestly all was great. That only thing that was not that superb was I had to return my U-Haul later, by 1:30 instead of 10:15. I called and explained that the people who were moving me in were late due to their own vehicle issues and had to get another truck and it put me behind getting my U-Haul unloaded. So over the phone they extended me for a few more hours. I did not know it was going to charge me an extra 61 dollars- but company policy and what-not, I get it. The gentleman who checked me in was great! He tried to even fix it but the computer already finalized the total. Sometime policies are put in place to protect the company but sometimes things do happen and it’s not like moving is a cheap experience in itself, already. But it is what it is. Still give this location and people five stars!
Brittany WCustomer service was poor. When I arrived, nobody was in the office and I waited for 15 minutes for someone to come. Then a girl with tattoos (I didn't catch her name) arrived, didn't smile or apologize for the wait and proceeded to ask me curtly what service I was looking for. A robot would have been more pleasant. A gentleman with better customer service skills helped later although he never smiled either.
AAron HNot professional customer service. Lazy attitude. Absolutely not following basic manners to speak with customers. I was treated like a thief due to my extended rental van. Unfortunately, we sometimes need this company's services, but the employees are not prepared for the task. Don't recommend.
DAVI RMade me pay a full tank of gas when I returned the vehicle. On record and in U Haul system the tank was only 1/4 when picked up. Anyways… really poor customer service.

Gabriel JTo be honest, at the time of pickup the staff was cordial and serviceable but not very enthusiastic or overly friendly. The staff at drop off was very helpful. The equipment did fit my needs and I encountered no problems.

Tina SPeople are nice and friendly, but the van I rented was super-filthy. The cargo area had been cleaned before but not right after the last customer who left it stink of animal smell and full of dirt. The passenger area was also dirty and full of dog hair. If you plan to rent a van for work stuff, probably it is fine like this, however, if you want to move homes and need to carry furniture, beds, and such, don't even get close to it.

jose aI made a reservation for a 26” truck a month in advance for moving. One hour before moving they informed me that they didn’t have my truck. I had already hired movers and taken the day off from work. They gave me a much smaller truck and it took 2 days! Unexceptionable ! What does a reservation mean? It is the second time that this happened in 2 years. I will not use them again.
Elisa GMy complaint is not with this location, it is how U-Haul rents equipment. I had reserved a 10 foot truck for a one way move. I had a confirmation to pick up at another location and when I called to inquire about coming to get that vehicle they informed me that they did not have one available. I was passed off to 1 800 U-Haul for traffic, and I was directed to the location I picked up at, but was informed that the only one way truck available was a 26 footer. They would rent it to me for the same price but that was the only one available. It does not seem right that you go through the steps of reserving a truck for a pickup at a specific location, have a confirmation number and then be told that you have to to another location and not get what you reserved. This ordeal made the beginning of the move very unsettling and stressful. I believe that corporate needs to improve the way things are done, moving is stressful enough without having to deal with whether the truck you rented with confirmation is available!!

LAURA SI literally only go to U-Haul every single time I'm moving! YESs I have moved a lot but every single time I try to compare prices if UHAUL IS out of the certain size truck that I want I still go back to U-Haul /WHY....Well because Everybody by hundreds of DOLLARS isnt close for a 10' ...in my book Uhaul has always been approved and thats why they've been around so long [duh] and that is why everyone goes to them!!!!! [DuH]
