Peter MNothing just trailer towed like crap… I put fix a flat in tire and loaded it like I normally do but trailer likes to sway like crazy and lights do not work
Dean WWaited over 45 minutes to get my van. Never was told by the employee that the system was done. When I asked if they would give any credit for the wait he said that I should not get any thing but he should get a raise for all the problems that he has been experiencing. Every time I use this store this guy has an attitude and poor customer service. Van was filthy and needed a wash done but I couldn’t say anything because I didn’t want a rude comment from him

Donald PCustomer service was fantastic. However, you need to upgrade your software on your systems for it takes too long for them to handle one client. Your system runs so slow that I literally average is almost 30 minutes per person to do paperwork alone.

Michael Swe rented from one location and they called us an hour before pick to tell us that they didnt have the truck so they switched it huntington beack location. the guy at the HB location was great and had a good attitude and very helpful. the guys at the westminster location didnt seem to care that the switch was an inconvience to us and just said it is what it is.

ANONKA RI called with a couple of observations regarding the van that I rented before I brought it back, Customer service advisor was very detailed and patient when explaining The answer to a question that I had about the van and regarding mileage and gas in the tank @ time of pickup, to me. I thought he did a great job because I'm sure that sometimes customers can be aggravating and annoying and I might have come across a little bit that way, but he handled it with ultimate professionalism and I appreciated his quality customer service skills.
