Walter MThe personnel were friendly and helpful. When I arrived to return the trailer around 2:30 am Sunday morning, I found the lot packed with vehicles and the front entrance blocked. I had to go through the back alley and find a narrow open area to get in to the lot. There was no good way to back the trailer in to the one remaining open spot so I fit it in between another trailer and a truck by moving the 5' by 8' trailer by hand. I'm glad I did not have a larger trailer to return. My recommendation is to not rent more items than you can easily accomodate on your lot, or give the option to return the truck/trailer to another nearby location where there is ample space available for trucks and trailers being returned at no additional charge. I put "no" on recommending to a friend because there are other locations that are easier to use. A vehicle can be left on site when a truck is being rented and there is ample space availabe for returning equipment.
PATRICK HWaited in the lobby for about 15 minutes before an employee came in. They were doing the best they could with the amount of inventory that came in and staff available. Trucks were backed up blocking the exits. They told people picking up to drive over the construction blocks. I only used this location because the pickup location changed after the booking. The employees were doing the best they could with the situation, but it was overwhelming due to the amount of trucks being returned. Staff was polite and friendly

richard oI was told by the owner that they had quit U Haul weeks ago. I said isn’t that my rental sitting in your parking lot? He said I guess we could try the paperwork. I was not leaving without the rental. At drop off yesterday different guy said he didn’t know how to check this rental back in just asked me to hand him the key. I filled the gas tank and left the truck in pristine condition. I would like a response from u haul about this.

CHRISTOPHER KI turned the truck in on time, i cleaned the back of truck out, i put more gas in it than when i received the truck , and i waz charged more money off my card for some reason???? Ridiculous!! U need it more than me so your welcome..i did what i was suppose to do and waz charged additionally more..??? Whatever u - haul !!!

Walter MTruck was clean and ran well, but the air conditioner did not work properly. It did not blow cool air even on AC Max. You guys advertise air conditioned trucks, which is a key feature for the summertime. Had to endure six plus hours of highway driving without air conditioning, was very unpleasant. The operating conditions of the truck should be validated before each rental.

Delores KTook us an hour to check in and get the truck as the system was bogging down apparently. Upon returning the lot was full of trucks being returned and I could barely pull in. I had to block the sidewalk. Worker inside was on phone with colleague and hitting her vape. She was overwhelmed. Definitely need 2 workers. Basically a shit show all the way around.

They greet you openly when you arrive for your rental and also when you return. Ask if you had any problems wish you a good rest of your day. VALARIE WStaff were helpful in opening the key box because it was a little tough to get it open. They were also quick to assist with the tire light on the dash. Friendly and helpful. Good crew on this day. Truck was clean and in good condition.

Walter MCharged me for a dolly I never picked up instead of checking that the dolly was ever picked up. It's the lack of due diligence. Check stuff before you do it, that's why I was sent to another location to pick up a dolly I had reserved.
