Your mobile app for checking in a vehicle had an issue when I used it for check in. Thats all. Everything else was great. TY! Great service
Cary DWhen a customer reserves a uhaul trailer/vehicle, that model/size SHOULD BE AVAILABLE at the site chosen. If not available, then the customer SHOULD BE INFORMED. Your employee did a good job of trading up on the trailer but that is not the point. Obviously, your process or policies are outdated and should be reviewed. GET WITH THE PROGRAM UHAUL!!
James CWe rented a moving truck and discovered while loading that it did not have a loading ramp. We don’t often rent moving trucks but I think it is a fair assumption that a loading ramp would be included or at the very least offered as an option. This made our move SIGNIFICANTLY more difficult. Then, after loading very heavy furniture without a ramp, on an over 100 degree day, the air conditioner on the truck kept intermittently turning itself off. When we mentioned these items on return of the truck, no discount or even an apology was offered for the trouble. I would be very hesitant to rent from this location again.
VICKY SIf possible have sales person to assist walk ins and another to assist those with reservations. With only 1 person working I waited and made a reservation and was on a time schedule. Im not upset and the young man knew his stuff so no complaints this is just a suggestion.

Joe BCleaner trucks would be more attractive to customers, and would want to use your company more. The windows were dirty and so was the truck. That's the only thing, but a cleaner truck I feel would improve your business.

Tammy HDaniel pulled me out of a bind when another location failed to follow through with their commitment. This other site I am referring to closed their store at 2 after taking my reservation set for 4:30, then when I called the store the guy blew me off and hung up on me. Daniel went way beyond what I expected to get me the equipment I needed. I would most definitely go back to his store. Thanks again Daniel

eric pTruck was having some sort of electrical problem and I was trying to get ahold of them for maintenance or pickup of the truck for about three days. Maintenance came out and what was said to me didn't make me feel comfortable driving it so I called to ask for them to pickup the equipment. Ultimatly they didn't not answer the phone, reported the truck as stolen and are now trying to charge me for towing and rekeying when I tried for days to get them to pick it up with the keys.

FELICIA DI have rented in the past and have avoided this location for this particular reason, poor customer service! I turned in my truck and as soon as I got there two girls stormed out and didn't say much and checked it in without any cordial words. Then they opened the back and saw it was dusty and commenced to tell me to get in and blow out and mop it. I would have preferred to take it to the carwash but she had checked it in and insisted that I blow and mop or I would be charged. I am elderly 60 yo and was exhausted at this point. I sweat and used all the energy I had. Then she called the manager and started a confrontation. I could not take it and just walked off.
