First there was no truck available, we had to wait for someone to bring one back. They had to check in and clean truck and then sent us out in a truck with no gas. Luckily we saw that before we ran out of gas too. YOur truck broke down after driving 7 miles. You made us sit in 90 degree heat in a parking lot for 0ver 5 hours, and refused to give us another truck or a refund. The check engine light came on, oil light came on, battery died, and truck was running on only 3 cylinders instead of 10, We broke down in the middle of the road, and were lucky to get it off the road. It caused us to be unable to complete our move, and caused extreme illness, due to making a heart and lupus patient sit in extreme heat and humidity with no water for hours. Your employees were rude, nasty, accusatory, blamed us, and could have cared less that we were left stranded in the heat, could not pick up the furniture we intended to pick up, and it was causing me to get extremely ill with high blood pressure and heart arrythmias due to the stress and heat. We had to spend 3 hours on the phone just trying to get help. THen you refused to give us another truck. I have now been on the phone for 3 hours just trying to get someone on the phone and cannot do so, now can I get any help online. You owe me a full refund, and for the gas too, and a free truck to complete our move. After that, I will never use your business ever again. HOws that for a review?

The "check tire pressure" warning was on from the start which was a bit of a distraction and prohibited me from seeing the odometer. Other than that, everything was in order and it was a very pleasant and easy experience. I would do it again.

Due to the initial reservation issues, a drop-off location was not entered. I had to call you customer service center and have the drop off location added. The wait time was over 20 minutes. The customer service representative took less than 30 seconds to input the data. Why can't the employee at U-Haul at Falls Road have the ability to make this adjustment; or, have a dedicated customer service number to call to assist in this dilemma?

-Truck had a check engine light on -Truck side mirrors were very shaky which made it hard to drive and concern for safety -Truck steering alignment was very off and made the truck go in straight line difficult and steering was abnormally shaking constantly.

Overall my experience was positive; however, upon arrival to pickup the truck and upon returning it, it seemed that UHaul was short-staffed. There was only one staff member to assist customers. Nevertheless, The (staff) was helpful.

We use UHaul regularly because it is convenient. However the windows are never cleaned, the fabric seats on cargo vans are never vacuumed and often have dog hair. Before sending out vehicles for rent please make sure the interior is clean and sanitized,lights are in working order, etc. Thank you!

I have rented three trailers in the past month, two from this location and one from Woodlawn. Not one of the trailers had working running lights for night Transporatation. This could result in a potentially dangerous and illegal night driving situation.

It was 90 degrees the day I rented and the air conditioning in the truck was not working. Also, the truck brakes are bad. The driver didn't notice it much on the way down, but on the way back (and with a full load), the brakes were not working well. Both conditions made the ride back from Virginia very uncomfortable and possibly unsafe.

I have used this location previously with fewer issues however my most recent experience was frustrating. I used the app to check in but upon arrival, could not locate my truck. a uhaul associate approached me and told me to keep pressing “can't find my truck” until one that was “accessible” appeared on the screen. Once I got into my truck, the app would not allow me to take a photo of the odometer and gas meter... I took my phone into the office and the same associate did something on my phone, handed it back and said I was all set. Additionally, my hand truck was not inside the truck because...well it wasn't the truck on my reservation so I had to find someone and ask for the equipment rental...When I returned the vehicle , i handed my key to someone and then proceeded to scan the QR code on the window that said “return/check in” and then another associate told me not to do that and that “I was all set”. I later received my receipt showing that I was BILLED FOR 6 GALLONS of gas! I returned the truck with the same exact amount of gas and not to mention, I only drove 7 miles according to the odometer records so there's no physical way I could have even used 6 gallons of gas... definitely the worst uhaul experience I have had to date.

This particular truck has an issue. The driver's side mirror is not able to stay when you drive a speed of 20 and above. Which is a very big risk for drivers. Please I will recommend you guys tighten it up before renting it out to another driver.

The system was down and I was not able to access my reservation until four days after I needed it. The staff was friendly and helpful but it doesn't change the fact that I lost money due to their unavailability.
