The people at the Ferguson location were the most courteous that I've ever dealt with and the most polite and they seem to have it together when it came to dealing with their customers and equipment. Now THE EXPERIENCE ON THE ROAD that's a different story because THE PEOPLE HERE ON THE DALLAS ROADS don't care who's on the road with them and they bring more traffic laws than any City that I've been to but that's just how things go on Dallas roads. AND YES I would recommend the Ferguson U-Haul location to anyone because came from the location at Jim Miller and 175 and I had made a reservation for a trailer and they did not have my reservation when I got there and when I got to another location they were just overwhelmed by having to deal with the public and that was not the case at all in any way with the individuals at the Ferguson location in Dallas. God bless everyone of those people working there you have a great team at that location thank you very much Mr Sr

JUSTIN BThis particular truck needs the entire steering system rebuilt. It pulls to the right and when you try to correct, it overcorrects. The steering wheel was constantly moving about an inch back and forth. The driver door doesn't close properly. The padlock did not work.

CARL hThe vehicle was a hazard. The latch on the back wouldn't stay down and constantly flew open while driving. The truck swerved while driving and was very loud and noisy. This didn't feel safe to operate or drive.

ANTONIO LEverything was great except the cost of gas which has nothing to do with their service. I would gladly recommend this location to anyone.
Mary a4 trucks out of Dallas in 3 months, all 26 foot. 3 out of 4 had issues-
MICHAEL CRenting in dallas one way to Houston. 4 trips in 3 months, all with 26 foot trucks. 3 out of 4 had issues. 1) abs light - missing equipment ordered 2) no AC, hood popped open 3) actually worked as it should 4) abs light and passsenger mirror wouldn’t stay set

ASHLEY AYou can improve by checking the fuel gauge. Is it full? No? Fill the tank. So then, at drop off, personell was insistent I use the app to record that the tank wasn't full. Did I know that? No. Had I not taken a photo of the odometer reading and the fuel gauge I would have been charged for not filling up. Furthermore, yes I drove 30 miles beyond the limit, but you, UHaul, ultimately ended up with 1/2 a tank of gas more than when I picked it up. So a little credit would have been appreciated especially when you know I would have been charged $30 inconvenience fee and $4 per gallon if it were the other way around. Personell on both sides of the transaction were friendly and competent but the gas-tank-filling policy is bunk.

John MRude. They made a mistake and didn’t own up to it then was laughing and joking when I told how upset I was I had to waste my mileage comin back up there for no reason. Guy was on his phone the whole time not being aware of all the customers he had.

JUSTIN JMy only issue is that I put gas in the truck before I returned it and I reviewed my receipt after returning the truck and they charged me additional money stating I didn’t put gas in the truck.

chris cYour return with taking pictures is terrible, it doesn't hold the photos. When you finish taking the photos it repeats that process over and over again. The idea is good but your process is bad.

Jay MThey did not have the 15 ft truck that I had a reservation for, so I ended up having to use one of the cargo vans and taking way more trips than necessary. There’s no reason that you should be able to reserve a certain truck and it not be available. Maybe the facilities should be more prepared

BEATRICE RI reserved a truck for pick up Saturday 2/21/26. When I arrived at the location the truck had not been returned. Nothing else available. hAd to reschedule for the following day. The person I worded with on Saturday said she would see if she could setup a discount since the unit was not available on Saturday. However, when I picked up the unit on Sunday, the attendant had no knowledge of a discoount.

YUDELKIS RI made my reservation about two weeks ago. When I got there they said they didn’t have my reservation. I showed the the confirmation email and they looked puzzled. After about 30 minutes I was able to get my unit. The staff was all over the place. Trying to help two and three customers at a time. It was a free for all. Attention spans we’re all over the place. The guys at the counter seemed inexperienced and lacked focus. It was hard to get a straight answer about a direct question. The unit I was given is damaged. Hopefully no rain will enter through the hole. Not a good experience for me as a customer.
