Your team at this location went above and beyond to try to help me accomplish my task. They even offered other services that I did not know about which would benefit me in the future and I actually bought a part for a trailer that I am fixing myself. They lend me their expertise and their equipment. This is my third return back to this U-Haul location due to the customer service and overall great service! I would recommend this location to everybody and anybody I will also be coming back in the near future as I ended up also acquiring a storage unit from this location. Thanks again guys.

steve rMy only problem is that the vehicles are not top off with fuel. I received a truck with only a quarter tank of fuel. The vehicles should be full of fuel before given to a customer. also, this location is very hard to get to because the construction on grant road. No business access.

Tom BOverall swift and professional experience i wouldn't add anything the employees were kind and pacient specifically lori with my questions and very thorough about the return process. since it was a first time renting i mean. she made it a breeze with clear and concise instructions.
Chance BEverything about pickup was great, but once I’d had the U-Haul loaded I discovered that the air conditioning didn’t work reliably. I spent most of my drive through the desert in a warm cabin without a working fan (it seemed to kick on under 50 mph but was unreliable and I couldn’t figure out what made it go or stop).

Jon mI was a little disappointed to be given the truck with barely more than a quarter tank of gas, then find out that if I return it under a quarter tank, I'll be charged $30. I was planning to fill the tank up a couple of gallons regardless, but it'd be nice if it could have been a little more filled on my arrival.

CHARLES BThe newer van I rented last week said the average mpg was about 16. This old one seem to get 9 ish mpg. I put 2.5 gallons of gas to get it back to where the fuel gauge was but it barely made a dent. Fuel gauge seemed faulty. The employees are always excellent though. So I always choose this location
