The 3555 E. Grant Rd , Tucson location is my preferred U- Haul truck/van and storage facility . Be prepared for great customer service and well maintained equipment at this convenient location . M.P.
MICHAEL PThis is a complete scam. They charged me an additional $160 for damage without notifying me. I had to call and was transferred around four or five times; I left several messages, and no one could tell me what the additional fee was. I then had to call the location three times before anyone answered, and finally I received an explanation for the additional fee. I was told I should have taken pictures of the vehicle before using it, although that wasn't discussed when I got the keys, and I never received the text message they claimed was used to complete this process.

Nicholas PEven though I reserved this rental it was not available. I set a location they called me the day prior to move locations. That morning I went to the new location that I was contacted to go to instead of my preferred location. When I showed up to that location they then told me the UHAUL was not at that location… i got sent to another location, when I got to this location they did not have the moving furniture I needed and I got sent to another location. Horrible.

stewart eConstruction on the road running by this site made getting into it a major difficulty. Also can’t turn in when passing it on your left side. Need to drive past, find a place to turn around and then come back with it on your right.

Note: after tax & insurance & mileage, you're looking at a lot more than $19.95 for the 10-foot truck! But the entire transaction was conducted professionally and quickly. Much appreciated!
JOHN DEmployee Ben at the Grant location went above and beyond to help me get a cargo van rental after my horrible experience with Ray or Roy over at the Speedway location who accused me of forcing open the "locked" doors to gain access and break into the premises. I do NOT recommend using the Speedway location and should of taken others experiences a more than lightly. I am glad the Grant location and other locations I have visited prior too have such amazing customer service.

But, what really helped was Victor. I would not have survived the day without him.He was so helpful and patient for the entire procedure of hooking the trailer to my van. The ball and the electrical did not match and he found every solution I needed. The day would have a complete disaster without him. Start to finish, top to bottom he was a true hero. Please, let him know about all this appreciation and GIVE HIM A RAISE!

FRANCISCO SAt first my pick up was at the Honest Liquor location in Tucson, AZ. The vendor did not have enough moving dolleys or blankets. I had to transfer pick up locations to the East Grant location. The employee at the East Grant location was professional and helpful.

KOREY SYour team at this location went above and beyond to try to help me accomplish my task. They even offered other services that I did not know about which would benefit me in the future and I actually bought a part for a trailer that I am fixing myself. They lend me their expertise and their equipment. This is my third return back to this U-Haul location due to the customer service and overall great service! I would recommend this location to everybody and anybody I will also be coming back in the near future as I ended up also acquiring a storage unit from this location. Thanks again guys.
