Angel C.The truck numbered DC2834N broke down in the middle of my move. I dropped it to the nearest UHAUL location. UHAUL then charged my card 3 times totaling the amount $335.70. UNACCEPTABLE! I will be filing suit. First you give me a faulty truck then you charge my account 3 times!

I thought any company especially one that rents vehicles would have a backup , I've used you in the past, but this was very disappointing 😞

The service was quick at both check in and check out, the van was clean and filled up with gas, and most importantly they had all types of vans and trucks available for rental in our last minute pinch to move. The location was convenient, safe, organized and clean, next to a gas station and McDonalds, as well as major thoroughfare in the Park Heights area of Baltimore. I highly recommend this location. A. Johnny M.The UHAUL truck had a very clean interior. The vehicle check engine light came on while I was driving and it would not start at one point. It would help to have a full tank of gas to start versus one having to go put gas in a vehicle that will take you off schedule, if you are running on a schedule. My gas cap top broke off after I put fuel in the truck to return it! Maintenance checks of everything on a regular schedule even checking the gas cap will go a long way. I've never had an incident ever at this location in the 7 years I've been renting Uhauls! I know they will continue to provide Great Customer Service and discount my final bill because of all the problems I encountered this one time! I Always Recommend This Location And I Will Continue To Do So! â¤ï¸

Jonathan W.After trying two different bank cards the associate asked me to pay for the tailor rental in cash. Another associate then interceded and used my first bank card. The first associate did not know how to use the computer, but instead assumed my bankcards were the issue.
