The equipment was cleaned but the truck was having transmission problems. When we reached our destination you could smell the transmission fluid. The truck also burned a lot of gas

I picked up the vehicle and it was empty of gas in I immediately addressed this situation with the Attendant and she told me that the previous renter returned the vehicle with no fuel in it and she told me just fuel the truck it up and return it after I was done with it and I did so and then they turned around and charged me $64.50 for fuel charge. Unhappy with this situation. I reported it to customer service and they told me it would take three days for them to get back to me so I ended up paying $94.50 for gasoline for six hours. and our rent U-Haul on a frequent basis, but this will be my last friend with U-Haul. in the vehicle had no AC. The front end shook and Bailey stated on the road and I explained this to the Attendant when I return the truck.

lock box needs new locks, not a good height for someone short, no gas in vehicle, and they only use app for check ins I prefer Woodlawn customer service better. and charges 3x different amounts

Online sign up process was a MESS! It took me 30mins to complete my reservation despite having done all the paperwork online. I thought online reservations are supposed to be faster!? The staff was super helpful but this process was no doubt frustrating.

Can’t remember the young lady who worked the day of purchase but she was friendly patient and awesome. To improve your location continue to employee her for service.At the time of purchase she was very busy but she handled herself well and professionally

Overall, it's a great service and location. However, the location is small with one Rep. The only issue is if a line begins to form, the wait time for service will increase. Although the Rep was great, an additional Rep would help speed up the process.

Have some one at the counter to help older people mid 60 age that is not computer savvy enough but your employer was great they walk us through it thank you so that so the process takes a little longer but ok

The customer service was not what was I expected the young lady was not as helpful as she should have been but the young man was very helpful she needs more training in dealing with customers and not just handing customers a device and walking away with checking to make sure they understands how to use the device and I do understand that they have to multitask but customers is also important she seemed like she was being I’m patient and walking away but the young man was great and helpful I’m sorry I didn’t get their names

The ability to check-in and pick up the truck using the app on my phone was priceless! Having an account already set up made renting even easier because my info was already documented. No lines, no wait, no fuss!!!

We had to extend our time and got charged for insurance 2 different times. Nobody was willing to work with me. I think it’s okay to be charged to extend the time. However there’s no reason to be charged again for the insurance.

I think it's unfair for uhaul to charge a full day for 6 hours and if you go over the 6 hours then they charge for another full day there are 24 hours in a day and they advertise daily rates, not hourly rates. This practice is unfair to customers!!

They overcharged my bank account without my permission. I already paid the $54.00 in cash on April 2,2026 at 3:30pm. You can see that on your Camera at that location and they REFUSED to give me a RECEIPT for that transaction. I also called Corporate Office of U haul concerning this matter. I paid out UHaul a lot of money over the years. Your BUSINESS is going to FALL DOWN 👎 if U HAUL continues to OVERCHARGE THEIR CUSTOMERS. Please STOP ROBBING US. Many people need to find another way instead of giving U HAUL any more BUSINESS. Please Don't Write anything BAD on my CREDIT REPORT because YOU GOT your $54.00 dollars yesterday in CASH.

I was given a van that had a damaged gas door and it fell off while I was driving. I brought this to the attention of the general manager at this site when I returned the van. The level of unprofessional behavior that she displayed that day will NEVER allow me to give her any more of my business. She also called me at home and she got nasty during the conversation because I dared to ask her why didn’t she know that the flap was broken while checking the van in. How is it that a vehicle is checked in and you don’t even know that there is damage? Is this what you do to an unsuspecting public who rents from you? Guess so!!!

The interior of the truck was clean. The windshield wipers barely worked, and smeared the rain, which made it rather difficult to see. The truck dragged a lot in gear, sometimes almost stalling, it seemed, before regaining power. The service representative was very helpful. Perhaps, I would recommend the location to a friend. I didn't want to choose "no".

The truck we rented sounded a bit rough but it did the job. Again if it weren't for L A Roe your best employee we wouldn't be renting from you. When she's not there lets say things don't go as smoothly. Hope you appreciate her and all the hard work she puts in, checking trucks in and out doing all the paperwork and moving the trucks people have dropped off the day before usually all by herself

Worst location ever ! If you renting a 15in truck they are raggedy ! Manager doesn’t address your concerns nor supply any assistance. I got my receipt the next day at 1:18pm and they charged me an extra 25$ for gas upon filling it up before I returned it which was on a half of tank ! They said I return it on 3/8 which is two notches below a half ! Take your money and time else where ! The manager is rude calls 15 mins before closing knowing and a day before the 3 days they suppose to call knowing your going be upset that you were charged for no reason ! I will not be renting from this location ever again and will advise you take your pics of everything since this manager thinks it comes out her pay check if you do decide ! Out of all the locations I been to I’m highly disappointed and completely upset ! I would definitely look into how many ppl are being charged for the manger enjoyment !

WHEN LA is on-site things tend to run smooth, and when she's not the other people don't have LA's commitment to represent Uhaul in a positive light. I find them combative and not very informative when I ask a question. If it weren't for LA we would be renting elsewhere and we rent a good 50-70 times a year with you.

I was overcharged for things I did not have. They charged me for 3 dolly’s and 48 covers which I only had 1 dolly and 0 covers. I only used 12 miles and if anything they owe me money from my deposit but trying to say I owe them for things I did not have. Would not recommend
