Five star ?????????? service! I was very apprehensive as it was my first time to rent a trailer to tow my motorcycle. The initial phone contact was super. I went unannounced to the location and was quickly served with the appropriate equipment and received excellent advice on the proper way to secure the heavy cruising motorcycle. Within about four hours I rented, towed the motorcycle to location and returned the trailer. How cool ?? is that!

Limited parking, antiquated computer equipment caused 15 minute delay, they used personal phone to photograph my driver's license, no one came to help hookup trailer so had to go back in and ask again, guys hooking up had hard time hooking up safety chains due to bad design of rubber retainer. If I get any issues with identity theft, Uhaul will be my first contact.

Employees did not screw ball latch on trailer correctly. Good thing I checked it before driving off the property. It came right off the ball easily. I had to attach it myself.

Teague is great, super helpful from start to finish. But I will not be going to this U-haul again. I requested not one but four return call requests when trying to get an incorrect charge reversed. I was lied to on the phone by other staff members, and it's impossible to reach the manager. I'm very even keeled but this experience was upsetting and aggravating. The professionalism was poor on the parts of the manager and to me that reflects poorly. You should be reading all of the notes that are left for you, and the fact that you did not is appalling.

They were behind installing trailer hitches. I was told it would take hour and half to do. Hour and half later they hadn't even started on my car. I sat for hour and half to wait another hour and half to get job done!!! If I was told up front about delay I could've come back later or have someone pick me up for lunch!!!! Not very good communication with customers!!! Others wise staff was grea!

The 1st appt I had, the installer was not there when I arrived, I rescheduled and the 2nd appt the installer was 3 hours behind. I waited 2 hours and was told it would be another 2-3 hours before he was done. I rescheduled, he installed the hitch but when he reattached my exhaust he did not attach all the parts. I took it to my Subaru dealer and they had to reattach all the parts of the exhaust including providing new screws as the installer apparently lost them and did not bother to let me know he was not going to attach all the parts of my car back together. I will never recommend or return to this Uhaul. They cost me an additional $150 due to the fact I had to have Subaru correct the damage the installer did to my vehicle.

The person helping with the initial hookup caused the trailer wiring to be damaged. There was a 3.5 hour delay before a U-Haul mechanic looked at the pig tail wiring and replaced both the damaged wires and the blown fuses.

The first trailer we hitched up had multiple clearance lights out. We swapped that for a second trailer, which had its tag light out. I think that the operator needs to do a more thorough checkout of the equipment when it comes in, rather than waiting until after it is hooked up to a customer's vehicle. The staff at the facility were friendly and efficient.

Was charged twice on my card which caused my card to go into overdraft because they charge my for double mileage because they store forgot to reset it once I got the truck ! Very unacceptable and something needs to be done

Very long wait even to return equipment. Should have been able to do everything through my phone per the app but still had to wait. I was given the”wrong” truck according to one employee because the furniture dolly I ordered was not pre- loaded. I was charged twice what I was quoted even though I travelled half as many miles as I ordered. I put a gallon of gas into the truck before returning it ( I only used the truck for slightly more than 10 miles). I was given a gas charge anyway.

Fell like I was misinformed while making reservation cost was extremely higher than quoted location was way understaffed one young girl trying to do everything she did well but needed help will think twice before using haul again or recommending your service to friends was told 39 to59 per mile charged 79 cents per mile paid it without bithin but come on man that’s wrong

It took 40 minutes to get the truck--a lot of folks picking up at the same time and one of the customers also had a large box/packing supplies order. It would have made sense to get all of that into their truck when there was more help earlier in the day. It was frustrating to have to just sit and wait even though we had "pre-checked in".

We had to wait around 20-30 minutes before someone even acknowledged us. Mind you this is AFTER we were reserved at the wrong location. One employee was having computer issues while trying to check out another customer, finally the other employee came behind the counter and decided to help us. We also reserved movers along with the UHaul, so they so should have been very well aware that this was not only an inconvenience ,but it cost us time with the movers as well. If I reserve my truck at 10am, I expect it to be where I reserved it at AND to be able to actually pick it up AT 10AM.
