SEBASTIAN AIf the reservation is during open hours please make sure the reserved truck is not behind or blocked by other trucks. As well, please make sure that the truck is not frozen when the customer uses it.

REBECCA PIt is winter time, since it is certain that customer will need to open the rear door, it would have been better if it would not have been frozen solid. When I called the solution offered was to return to the rental location where they would crow-bar the door open. We were eventually able to get it open, but it caused a significant delay in our job. Other than that, the rental location crew are very efficient and keen to serve.

They was remaining Snow on the floor due to the moving . I did not know that customer have to pay for the cleaning when returning a vehicule in Winter Season.

ABBAS SReserved 15’ truck online ( #14951352) and received email with address of pickup 16013 blvd Pierrefonds. At arrival they had no vehicles. Sent me to 65 Brunswick. They did not have a 15’ truck. Had to take a pickup truck.

khafagi t | First ImpressionsJust as they changed my pick up location, my original drop off location had locked their gates and it was impossible to turn into their parking lot and drop of the truck. They were also closed with zero personnel on site. The location I booked was 16013 Boulevard Pierrefonds. I then spent 40 minutes on the hold and speaking to two people just to get this resolved. The second lady changed my location and they were very helpful. A gentleman was outside and he approached me to see if I needed help. I explained I did an online check in and asked if I had to do an online check out, he was very kind and offered to do it for me and it took less then 5 minutes.
Jonathan MWe also used the laborers: excellent men, polite and efficient. They did not wait and jumped into the tasks. The equipment and moving help provided by U-Haul were exactly what was expected making an arduous task much easier! Thank-you U-Haul.

TANYA POverall a good experience except I ended up over filling the fuel and didn't get a reimbursement, at the same time I had to pay an extra $7 because I went a several KM over my estimate. I understand it's probably just company policy but it would have been nice to have the extra fuel I put in offset the extra KM. Not a big deal though. The price was higher than competitors, but the competitors didn't have any vans available last minute and U-Haul did so that was nice.

NUNZIO CThe truck I rented has issues. When I started the truck, it was hesitating. I shut it off and started it back up, the hesitation stopped. It happened everytime I started it and it stopped after I shut it off and restart. The day I returned the truck, I went to the gas station to top up what I have used, and I put in $10. I went to check and it wasn't enough so I decided to put another $25 just to be on the safe side. The pump stop pumping gas after every $5, I kept squeezing the trigger but but it keeps stopping. Tye gas tank wasn't even half full. I had to do this at least 5 times until it reached $17. I haven't even gotten to the $25 that I originally wanted to put in. My initial thought was something was wrong with the truck because it worked the first time without any issues. I went to another pump and it was doing the same thing. I ended up returning the truck for just about $10 less than what was required. When I mentioned that to them, they told me to go to another gas station and it's not the truck issue. I told them about the engine hesitation, they told me that it's because it's cold outside. The temperature was about 17 Celsius. So obviously it's not the weather. They charged me $21 for half a bar of gas that was missing. They do not own up to their issues. They blame the customer or in this case the gas station. Their price of $19 a day for rental plus all their fraudulent fees can amount up to $120 if you use a lot of kms, plus insurance etc...you're better off just renting from another more reputable company for few dollars more that has unlimited kms and much better service. Not ti.mention, Uhaul rips people off during moving time. Instead of $19 / day, they charge $20 an hour with a minimum of 4 hours. So again, with takes, kms and insurance, it can go up to $120 or so for just 4 hours when you can rent it for an entire day for about the same price. Thieves, terrible customer service. Worst location in DDO in boulevard brunswick. They are not professional ir clean. If you really must rent a uhaul, go to a differnt location. I will never rent from them again and will not recommend to anyone.

I thought the website was misleading. After explaining The manager offered me the month free. It would also be nice to explain which truck have a ramp or not to load. Our truck didn't have one and the unloading stations for 2nd floor at the warehouse for the truck I rented was broken and the other needed a ramp, which made it extremey difficult to unload our thing to put in the storage, we were storing very heavy equipment and lifting it 2 feet high just to put it on the dock was hard and took us more time. We were very disappointed for that.

Ce matin j’ai reçu une charge de 150.pour bris! Je me suis rendu sur place On me refuse l’accès me disant que ça a été réparé hier. Je demande une photo elle me montre une photo sur son propre cellulaire qui n’a ni date ni no de casier!!! J’ai avert Visa ,ils ont inscrit qu’il y avait contestation Comme j’ai 80 ans j’ai aussi communiqué avec le groupe d’avocats qui quand on est membre de la FADOQ peuvent nous aider gratuitement.
