Kouadio OI requested a 20 truck but got a 15 instead, knowing I put my request many days before. Even with that change, I was charged for the same amount as the 20 truck. I booked some dolly and noone cared to mentioned they were not available until the day we were moving. Leaving stranded. Really disappointed

Kirsten TI especially appreciated Christian who was direct with a client who was known at other Uhaul station for not eturning merchandise on time. That client is even banned from other Uhaul stations. Christian told him what impact it has on staff having to deal with angry customers who are impacted by that particular client's repeated disrespect for not respecting drop off times. Thank you Christian!! Good job!!
Angele CThe staff is friendly and helpful, but the fleet is straight out of the 1970s; and it rides and smells like it too! Get some new trucks, PLEASE! Nobody wants to be moving, and thinking about their last rites because your truck is shaking and braking on a downhill entry to the highway!

Stephane JGreat experience, used car hauler trailer for very long distance and it's work like a should. Only thing - trailer was damaged in multiply places and it's make me a bit scared, frame damage and same body details, but U-Haul worker told me it was inspected and maintenance and I can haul it. So I made 2500 km on it without any problems. Totally it's was good experience.

Nadine pLe seul gros problème c'est avec U Haul et pas avec Archipel Maison-Vivante car eux ils sont correct, mais le problème avec U Haul est que la communication primaire par défault est en ANGLAIS seulement. Le site de U Haul est en anglais seulement et aucune façon facile d'avoir la version française. Quand on appel chez UHaul par téléphone, c'est en anglais à leur numéro 1 800 468..... Au Québec c'est en français que ça se passe mais U Haul ne respecte pas du tout la facilité pour les francophones qui ne parlent pas en anglais. Pour cette raison, on évite de faire affaire avec U Haul, c'est seulement dans le cas qu'on a pas le choix qu'on va utiliser les services de U Haul. Je ne recommande pas à mon entourage d'utiliser les services de U Haul.

GAETAN LThe hit installation that was done on my car at 266 Rue St Louis broke my tail light last Friday (May 22) and the tech and manager tried to lie that they did not do it but clearly they did because the pieces are even in the trunk area.
John ROn m’avait conseillé d’acheter des km supplémentaires lors de la réservation car ce serait moins chers que devoir les payer après et que les km excédentaires que j’achetais me seraient remboursés lors du retour du camion si non utilisés. Malheureusement quand j’ai retourné le camion à Gatineau, on m’a dit qu’on ne pouvait pas me rembourser ces km de trop que j’avais acheté.

Jacques PRemove all the add-ons in the online booking process. It takes way more time to refuse / delete all those items than it does to select the unit and book it. And particularly, some of them were included by default (reverse-option billing), not left open for me to accept or refuse. That's wrong.

DADA EProper maintenance on the trucks would be nice. I had to slam the drivers door to close it. The door needs to be adjusted, you could hear the wind the whole trip.

La première fois que j'étais venu dans votre magasin pour faire une réservation du camion de déménagement, votre collègue avait été très poli et gentil. Il était très professionnel. J'avais eu un excellent service. Mais hier, je venais le 29 juillet, je venais acheter les boîtes et me renseigner pour le Locker. J'aurai besoin du Locker du 1er août au 1er septembre. Il me dit qu'il ne me garanti pas que j'en aurai un. Il faut que je le prenne maintenant pour un mois. Alors que quand j'étais venu réservé votre collègue m'avait dit que les Lockers sont là. Je n'ai qu'à venir quand je voudrais et j'en aurai un. J'ai dû louer un Locker hier le 29 juillet alors que j'en aurai besoin seulement le 1er août au 1er septembre. En plus, il m'a posé trop de questions personnelles, juste pour louer un Locker dont je n'ai pas besoin actuellement. Il a scanner mon permis de conduire. Je lui ai dit que je n'étais pas à l'aise avec ça, mais il l'a quand même faire. Il a pris les informations de ma carte de crédit pour les garder dans le système, là encore je lui ai dit que je n'étais pas à l'aise avec ça, il m'a dit que c'est la procédure. Il m'a fait payer un cadenas qui coûtait plus cher en disant que la compagnie veut que tous les cadenas des Lockers soit pareils. Mais quand je suis allé voir le Locker qu'il m'a fait louer et payer de force, j'ai vu que plusieurs Lockers avaient des cadenas différents. Cette expérience m'a vraiment de plus !!! Je ne sais pas si votre politique exige tout ce qu'il a fait, mais c'est pas normal. Je ne sais pas comment mes informations personnelles vont être utilisées (carte de crédit et permis de conduire). Je crains qu'une personne mal intentionnés ne les utilise. Vous comprenez ?

A discount would have been greatly appreciated! The young man working on Saturday February 17th at the Rue Jean- Proulx, Gatineau, Quebec, CA location is to be commended! I was there early in the afternoon and again late in the day. He delivered the same professional, polite, and helpful service both at the beginning and end of his shift. He was extremely helpful describing different storage options, taking me to the window, showing me photos, pointing to the monitor, while informing me of prices and the pros and the difference between each type of uniit. It would have been great if I could have used locks Id purchased from previous moves. I had to buy two new locks, when I already owned three.
