I requested a at 6 through the 24/7 mobile pick up and took an Uber and got there at 6 am come to find out that the truck wasn't ready and couldn't be picked until 9 and called customer service waited on the line for 38 minutes to be hung up on and then tried calling back and had the same thing happen again. So I had to take an Uber back to my motel and had to call my movers because they were suppose to help me at 7. Worst experience and all that I was told was they didn't know what happened.BRANDON J.

Originally given a different location for drop off but was told when I arrived the location no longer takes uhauls. Went to another location who could not locate my equipment. This is how I ended up at this location and although they were great the other two â€œ authorized dealers â€œ were of no help.ANDREA I.

The gentleman at the front desk spent 10 minutes on the phone with his girlfriend before even acknowledging me at all. Had to make 2 separate transactions because the front desk receptionist forgot to ring up my other items with the truck. It took almost 20-30 minutes to pick up a truck I had already reserved online! No one assisted us with finding the truck we had to search through the parking lot ourselves. Returning the truck is a whole other story. I stated I wanted the truck for 6 hours and I believe he listed it as 5 which was charge #3 onto my card. The office was closed at 6:30pm!? That is the earliest office closing I've ever seen for such a lazy employee. I will not be going to this location again nor suggest it to anyone. It took another 10-20 minutes to follow the online truck return process which could have been avoided if the office was open!AUSTIN S.

I was severely overcharged once I returned a pickup truck. There was a charge for almost $200 and another for $65. They called me early that day to explain they made a mistake in my account. Once I viewed my bank account around 5pm, I see charges that are already completed. I called to check what my final cost wld be after all these charges are refunded and the CS rep wld not let me talk and then hung up on me. Mind you, it takes 10mins to get to a rep to speak to. These ppl have helped themselves to all kinds of money out my bank account and I can't speak to anyone to find out what's going on.DIVENA H.

I made a reservation almost a month in advance. Arrived early for my 10' truck and was told none were available. I was given a 15' instead, same cost, but the gas mileage was much worse so cost was increased over $25 by my estimate.Kelly S.

The truck share was not in the pick up area and I had to back it out between a bunch of trucks that was very tight. It took a long time for your agent to verify the information and I had to keep walking from one side of the lit to the otherTom R.

The customer service is a bit slow.. to be honest, at the end of loading and unloading a truck, people are tired and want to go home and rest. In my opinion, you need another worker to make sure everyone is being seen when dropping off the rental. Having to stand in long lines or having to stand for long periods of time on sore feet, waiting for 30 mins is less than desirable. It was slow upon pick up this morning too. The keys had to found.. I just feel that a company that has been around for so long, there should be better ways to organize. Other than that, the staff was friendly, and we really love Keith over at the 19th Ave and Bell Rd. /Phoenix location. He's great to work with. ðŸ˜‡AMANDA D.

worst service ever! spoke to 12 different associates, was transferred over 14 times and all the answers i received regarding the status or location of my ubox. all were wrong answers. the staff was very nice and tried to help. Your representative was exceptional. She was very friendly, helpful and you are lucky to have her, especially during these difficult times. I would recommend you give her a bonus or raise to ensure she is happy and well cared for at her work. My previous experience with UHaul was at the Glendale and 17 locations, and it was a disaster. So much so that I had to write on Yelp, something I rarely do. I will definitely rent there again!TOMAS P.

I waited for almost an hour to pick up the truck. The location was severally understaffed. The employees are friendly and courteous, but that can only go so far. I was also double billed. I had the truck for a single day. While I returned it about an hour late (let's not forget I stood in their lobby for almost an hour) I was billed for 2 rental periods. Space is tight in the parking lot, can be difficult to get around in a vehicle especially when there are trucks parked all over. Lockbox locks felt sketchy and required a lot of strength to open. When returning 24/7, I wasn't sure if I was supposed to deposit the keys in the drop box or back into the original lockbox based on the instructions I was given.Matthew M.

I had made a reservation for a truck, like the other 5 people in the store. I made it for 10am I arrived at 10am and was in line waiting to talk with someone for almost 2 hours! I then get to the front and the chick goes oh well we haven't had any that size of truck get returned... like no, I made a reservation. Thankfully at that point someone finally returned a truck. But just so ridiculous that I took the time to do the reservation and then it didn't help me at all. Won't be doing that againAlex M.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will go out of my way just to NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!! Employee forgot to check back in the tow trailer I returned, which over charged me by like $150!!! Once I noticed, I went back into the office only to be treated like crap by the General Manager. She refused to help me and refused to take any fault, when I told her this was her fault she said this isn't my fault and I said it's your store your employees therefore it's your fault & she said again this isn't my fault & then continued on to tell me this happens all the time. WHAT!!!! Then she snapped at me and said â€œLook I'm releasing your money based off you telling me you returned the trailer because I didn't see it out there but I'm taking your wordâ€ I said to her â€œYou're taking my word? What!! So I tell you I returned this few thousand dollar trailer & you're going to take my word I returned it?â€ She stated â€œI'm to busy to deal with this & check the cameras, so yeah I'm taking your word.â€ After that I refused to argue talk with someone like that when this wasn't my fault! I tried contacting uhaul customer service only to be in hold and wait time if 59 minutes. I was prompted to select if I wanted a call back or to hold and I chose call back, WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED!!SCOTT M.
