My experience and interaction with the staff was a notch above outstanding. I did my pickup on time and had to return later that day for a small ball to tow and the lady working the counter ( hair in pride colors) was simply AWESOME. This location was excellent, but I am disappointed with the overall U-haul experience. I was able to reserve a trailer online, but then five hours later I received a call saying they didn't have a trailer available. I had to drive 40 mins to this location to get a trailer (and obviously take it back to the same location), which was extremely inconvenient. And then when I mentioned the $50 guarantee when you reserve with a credit card Steven from the Muskegon, MI Apple Ave. location was a (excuse my French) complete asshole.NATHANYU HARDY G.

The gentleman who helped us with pick-up/drop off was very friendly and helpful -- despite being very busy. The equipment condition 26' truck was beyond poor condition and sub standard for uHaul. It seriously shook so terribly we felt the cab would come off the truck. The dashboard bounced around as if if was hardly attached to the frame of the truck and the tires probably should have been replaced 15,0000 miles ago. The oil light came on within the first 20 miles of the trip, and was a half quart low on oil, so it obviously was not maintained prior to being rented. The vehicle needs some serious attention before continued to be rented outDAVID C.

Would NOT recommend. Truck broke down before we reached the destination, upon further inspection oil was super low and truck was out of coolant. We were given a ticking timebomb! Trucks should be inspected before given to customers! Extremely disappointed. Even the tow truck driver told us we should have used PenskeMegan B.
First trailer lights did not work. Statement made: "I told my manager those lights needed to be fixed." Second trailer was dirty inside and required work before I could put goods inside. Other than that - things were smooth.John V.

We delivered to alpine location at 6pm as stated on contract. But discovered it closed at 5pm. Tried calling but got caught in a phone loop. Never got a real person. We want to make sure not charged a late fee. ThanksKevin K.

Not sure what you could improve. My experience was great. The few staff that were on hand were very helpful. I showed up early for my reservation. They got me in and out quickly anyway had friendly banter about it being a nice weekend and a busy moving time of the year. Staff could tell that I was one that didn't mind talking and even joking a little while my card was being processed and all that. When returning things went just as smooth. I over estimated when I would have the equipment back because I didn't want to be late. Hey I get it for the day right. Lol. So when I was 4 hours early and they were busy. No problem. Still helped pretty quickly. Everything was top notch. Great experience and will use this location every time I move. Which I hope is not often.JONATHAN LEE K.

We were delayed in picking up our trailer and got a lecture from the guy at the counter about being on time. Plenty of equipment available and no other customers in the place. Served no purpose other that to tick me off. I didn't get the condition survey until I was 10 mins down the road-not very practical The return process is great though-on-line survey and location sharing is a good use of tech.CHRISTOPHER F.

The 24/7 drop off was crazy and stressful. I think you were having technical difficulties, but not being able to access your website, or anyone by phone and worrying about being charged more for not being able to properly return our truck was not a good experience after a day of moving. Maybe if all of your access points are down you should send someone out to the location, put a note on your door ... something.christine C.
