JOSEPH CThe 'drop-off' procedure was difficult, confusing and the staff was unknowledgebale and rude. In fact, when the staff removed the trailer, the individual let it slam to the ground, somewhat in disgust. The pick-up procedure was excellent and friendly. The AM & PM staffing were different people, and it mattered.

CHRISTY JThis trailer needs work. The interior rails are detached from the trailer walls making it extremely difficult to secure a load. The door also was very difficult to raise and lower.

INDIA BAwful, on the website and front door it says open Saturday and Sunday 7am-7pm. I showed up at 11am Sunday…. Trying to return a truck, doors locked, no one there, no drop box… then 2 hours later I get 7 phone calls and multiple voicemails with threats about being charged an extra day with the truck!! How unprofessional is that? You don’t show up to work on time and then call and threaten people that if they don’t get the equipment back on time they’ll be charged an additional $500. Unprofessional, embarrassing, and ridiculous. I will never rent from or even do a simple return to this location again.
Davis KWhen we got there to pick up my truck the place was not open . Hours on the door said they opened at 9am but nobody came until 9:40. When I came to drop off my truck at 5:30 again the bldg was closed althogh hours on the door said they should be open. I was able to drop my truck off but there were people in the parking lot wondering why the place was closed. I will never rent from this location again.
Jerome HGot there and waited an hour before anyone could help me. Put on 4 different tows before they got it on.The tow broke and damaged my car and I put in an incident report with no response. At the location 4128 Bardstown Rd, the place was packed and had one employee on the inside and a new employee on the inside, they said their GM left early ( they said quite often happens ) and I asked why they did not call him back, they said he would not come back and most of the time he is in the back playing on his computer and since he dated the President of U-Haul daughter, that nothing can be done. For once listen to my complaint ( 2nd time ) and take it seriously and fix the tow that broke with my car and created damage and delays, and quit ignoring this GM, which has his employees telling customers how bad he is, which they must really feel this way or why tell a customer. I need compensation for the broke tow, lost of time moving, which cost me extra because I had to get different mover, after I had already pre-paid for previous movers. CAN YOU PLEASE FOLLOW -UP this time !!!!

Mark DThis location was the worse. Not only did they have me there 7am on a Sunday to do a self check in the their site allowed me to do no one was there. Had to come back at 9 to still wait 30 minutes for a truck. The gas was on a little less than 1/4 of a tank. Upon return the drop off was okay but I did put in a complaint about the otw. The manager did call gave me a courtesy refund but they charged my card for bringing the gas back on the level it was. I will never use haul again customer service sucks and false charges.
sherrell sThe lady at the desk could use more help. She was by herself at the counter and it was 6 deep. Not her fault at all and she handled the chaos very well. She was answering the phone, checking people in and grabbing vehicles. There needs to be two people there on weekends.
Phillip DI could not reach anyone to change the reservation for a couple days leading up to pick up. When I did reach someone, they said the system was down. The app did not work for me. It took a long time to go through line for pick up. The truck had no air conditioner. I will be trying out enterprise rentals for future needs.
TERESA BThe gasoline meter does not work well. I drove 30 miles for this vehicle. When I return the vehicle I have to charge 3 gasoline, the meter did not move. After I charge another 2 gallons gasoline, the meter jumped to another level. This caused me to pay extra money.

CHERNET MThe price quoted online was different than what I paid in store. I returned the truck early but the onsite team never checked it back in. I had to contact customer service twice to get them to finally check it back in and get my final receipt. Using the truck for my move was a breeze but dealing with the team members made it more stressful.

JORGE AOnly would recommend because of the amount of equipment available. Workers were polite, but seemed over worked. Truck was dirty in the cab. Dashboard was dirty, remnants of spills and old drinks still in cup holders. . Windshield has not been cleaned in a very long time.

MICHELLE PNot happy about the price I ended up paying. While making my request online I was quoted around $47 after taxes, milage and fees. Once at the store my quote went up to around $50. The lady at the store could not tell me why. I understand its just a few dollars, however I wanted to pay the amount it said my reservation was for. I knew there could be extra charges because of milage overage. However after everything was said and done, my $19.95 rental ended up costing about $60. Not happy!
Chelsi LWe have rented from this location multiple times and have always had a good experience. The one small challenge I see is that they seem to be understaffed, so wait times can be long, depending on what time you arrive. The app makes things a lot easier, but it could be improved, as it sometimes just seems to stop responding to inputs, and the interface sometimes makes it confusing about what to do next.

Personal conversation of lady behind the counter, I was embarrassed to listen to her. But I guess she didn't care if I heard about her young childs father, and much more I care not to write about
Clayton HUnfortunately, we wasted our time and money. We rented a trailer to pick up a mower and specifically needed the 6 foot width. We chose the 6x12 trailer only for the opening to the trailer was estimated to be about 4x8. This was a false advertisement from uhaul corporate.

KHADGA RI was charged for 50 more miles that I drove, it was impossible for me to drive that many miles in the 90 minutes I had the cargo van, I submitted a complaint and am expecting a refund
LOGAN CThe GM assisted me and could not have been more helpful and nice. Outstanding customer service. The truck worked great but did have mud on several of the tires and rims.
EDWARD AEmployees seemed really busy. It was a snowy week. I rented a trailer but ended up cancelling it and taking a moving truck becuase the trailers were all stuck in snow. I made a reservation 24 hours in advance. I guess my recommendation for improvement is that if you know you have a reservation in the system a day in advance, make sure you have it ready to use when the customer arrives. The team at the store were friendly and helpful, but the systems seemed antiquated (reservation for a trailer could not be changed to a truck. Reservation had to be cancelled and the entire process started over).

THOMAS G2 times we went to unload our truck and both times we were blocked in and couldn't get the truck out. Cause the people returning trucks pulled straight in and locked trucks couldn't be moved. So that delayed us 2 nights of getting our stuff moved in which pushed our moving days up. Which intelled charged us more extra days of moving. That's the only thing I had to complain about other than that the people were nice the storage is nice just the fact that it was our fault I guess but just letting y'all know

Even when I visited during business hours, it would sometimes take up to an hour to have someone move the truck blocking my unit so that I could access it. Towards the end of my stay, the phone lines to the office became rerouted to the automated system so it became even more difficult to get ahold of someone to move a truck. I planned on keeping my unit longer, but I couldn’t keep being unable to access it at convenience like I could at other locations.

That credit never came. I mentioned it to someone the next month, and they said they would take care of it, but they didn’t. I gave up trying to get it back. Overall, it was a horrible experience and I’ll never do it again.
