With a reservation, it took 30 minutes to get through the process to get the truck. Employee didn't know anything of how to work their internal system. Felt also like they weren't really wanting to be there or wanting to try. The gas was not at half like the digital assessment said. It was a quarter of a tank. This is the WORST experience we have had with U-Haul. Not only did the truck break down, we waited 3 hours for help, AND was fully charged PLUS an extra $102 for who knows what!!!??? I'm furious with U-Haul and the lack of customer service!!!!Stephen P.

I used Truck share. Once I figured out the app, there was no key in the box for me to pick up the truck. I called U-Haul and after a bit of a wait, was redirected to another location. Overall, a poor experience. I was able to accomplish my task, but the rental procedure was anything but smooth. Not having anyone in the office at the rental location was a big problem.PETER B.
The 6Ã—12 utility trailer I rented had trash in it. This is not normally a problem. The staff of this U-Hual location is always friendly and helpful. While other U-Haul locations are closer to my house, I drive a little further to patronize this one.WILLIAM T.

The teams working for pickup and drop off were friendly, prompt and professional. The ladies working Sunday night, 01/02, were especially friendly and made sure I knew I was welcome to stay in store until my ride arrived for it was especially cold outside. Reserved my truck on line and clicked mobile check in. did not realize it would require so many steps. took 50 minutes on site just to go through the mobile check in only to have to go back to the desk to collect the key. what is the point? some more upfront information on the mobile process would have been super helpful. also, every time you leave the link to access something else on your phone, you have to start over through the text link. frustrating. Signage at the site that is more clear might also help. Signs posted saying do not access this area are not helpful if you are supposed to go there to find your truck. The mobile drop off is also a fail . IT does not tell you not to leave the truck before done until it is too late. a worker had taken keys and truck before I knew I needed a pic of mileage. I had taken one but couldn't use the one on my phone to upload because the link has to be open at the time you take the picture, you can't upload a pic. Super frustrating.Margaret M.

This location is not well managed, my uhaul was over booked! I had to stand in that office for 30 min till they could figure out what to do!! Wasting my time and ended up having to rent a bigger uhaul that was way too big!!! Meanwhile while listening to the employee tell her life story, it was too personalâ€¦just a very frustrating experience!!!! They said uhaul over booked us, Of that's the caseâ€¦it's not professional or considerate to have customers come to pick up and be told they don't have a truck!!!! First time I rented car in the same place in november 7pm to 12 mid night and I pay only $39 when I bring back they charge me $9 for gaz but today.I rented 1pm to 3pm and that charge me $66.when I bring back they still wanted to charge me $36.I became very crazy and crying there then they tell me too go and put only gaz and bring back.I rented uhaul in Maryland for 3 hrs they never charged me more than $50.sorry but they are not giving good service to customer in that locationNAPO G.

Lady with fanny pack needs replaced.walked in asked for trailer she stated none was available..got online called uhaul they made a pick up reservation at the same location i asked uhaul to double check bc this location just said they was out uhaul aaid they have one u can pick up .walked in they said they did have one but i would need to wait another 30mins for pick up...why...i literally just walked in said u had one but was directed to the same location for pick up now cant pick up until 30mins later after ive been at the location for over an hour...most employees standing outside moving slow turning away customers.....had to stop multiple times due to chains sparking .. i should of known it wasnt placed correctly bc fanny pack lady was on her phone speaking another language she was too busy on her cellphone than actually applying the hooks/bar to vehicle the chains fallen off was pulled over multiple timesðŸ¤¦ðŸ½â€â™€ï¸was charged 25$ coverage we did not ask how does online reservations jump 25$ extra then the employees play dumb like they dont know how the charges was applyed asked for refund they said my reservations would be canceled ...joke of location..RAVIKUMAR P.

The original pick up location canceled on me last minute after driving 2 hours to pick up the Uhaul. After some time on the phone with the main office, I was redirected to pick up at this Bardstown Rd location. Despite them being super busy, everyone was super friendly and accommodating and got us in and out!JORDAN D.

I called several times leading up to my rental day and was never able to connect with the facility. I also left messages via the Uhaul online system. I was told by the call center that the location would be able to set up my wiring for the hitch on my car and when we arrived,that was not the case. They recommended I take a uHaul van instead, and it was $300 more than I was quoted for my trailer. I will not be using uHaul or this location again.Ashley S.

Trailer was dropped off within 12 hours of pickup. When I dropped it off I confirmed with the man unhooking the trailer as well as the people in the store that I didn't need to sign anything or do anything else before I left. I was charged for a 10 day rentalDEREK M.
