When we picked up our truck the employee who helped us was not wearing a mask, was coughing, and truly made me feel uncomfortable due to the virus pandemic. For this reason I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending the location. The other employee, however, helped me save time waiting inside when I didn't have to, and in light of the risks of exposure I appreciated this greatly.Jordan G.

This location and general manager was great, but may need more employees, because the line was long. But no one was complaining. But our overall UHAUL experience was horrible. We ordered our UHAUL online the night before, moved our items outside in expectation that UHAUL would be dependable. But when we arrived at the Crestwood location to pick up our truck , the app/ website kept saying we weren't at our location, even though we were there. We called the help desk and then they called their help desk. They were able to see exactly where we were (which was very nice and helpful, I must admit), but when the helpers finally gave us the codes to the lock boxes(since the digital site would never say we were there), the lockboxes were all empty and didn't have keys in them. This was the first 90 mins. So then we had to drive 30 minutes to the next UHAUL destination to get the truck, wait in line 40 ish minutes, and get a truck and drive 30 minutes back to the apartment. So we started the UHAUL issue at 2:45 and didn't get back until 6:30ish and it was dark and trying to load it. We lost 3-4 hours of moving time and ended up having to do it all in the dark and then rain. Please fix the problem with the mobile check-in. Please ask your locations to have keys available, please have corrected pictures of trucks on app. Please go to the Crestwood location and physically see what I'm talking about. I can't be the only one complaining about it. Please thank your customer service teams for trying and helping us. In the process of helping us, they hung up on us either accidentally or on purpose, but didn't call us back until we called another Uhaul location to see if they could help us. Rhe Assistant Manager Trey was very rude and unprofessional. I was talking to him about a quote he gave me that was double what I had to pay and he rudely said are you going to listen to me!!! He also tried to charge me another day when the truck was brought back earlier than expected. I had to tell him I had pictures to prove when I returned it. I also returned it with less miles than I had thought I needed and with more gas than I had when I picked it up. He needs to be trained as a manager. I read the reviews before I went but I do not judge experiences of others, but this time the reviews were correct. There needs to be a manager that doesn't have to keep asking his employees how to do things and then ask did he do it right. I am in management and have been for 30 years and I have never acted that way to customers.TERRY R.

I dropped off the dolly within 4 hours of picking it up and the manager was there and said that he'd check me in and I was good to go. Three days later, I get a call asking if I need to extend the rental and I tell them I dropped it off. They said ok and confirmed that it was there. Then they charged me three days for a trailer that I used for 4 hours within the 24 hour window I reserved. Complete scam.Michael H.

I was redirected to this location when the original one did not have the van I reserved. After arriving at the scheduled time, this location didn't have a van either, so I had to go with a 10 ft truck. In general, there seems to be a disconnect between Uhaul support and actual stores.Michael D.
The equipment was not good One tire went flat before I left home. Tire was bald and had nails. Tread was worn off. Service came to replace and commented would have failed less 100 miles. Trailer also fish tailed very bad. WHY WAS I GIVEN A TRAILER THAT WAS DANGEROUS? Totally UNACCEPTABLE ðŸ‘ŽðŸ˜© Another mistake. My paperwork listed number not same as on unit! In the past when I come here, I have to wait forever, get somebody who isn't the nicest, wait in a long line, and spend an ungodly amount of time just checking out. However, the guy last night (didn't catch a name) was super nice, friendly, and I think I was there maybe 10-15 minutes total. Check out was quick. The truck seemed brand new. Even though I made a reservation, I had to wait in line for over 30 minutes. Of the several people working there, only one or two made much effort to work with customers. The van I rented was supposed to be returned with a quarter tank of gas but when the van was turned over to me, the tank was nearly empty. I had to spend a significant amount of money to put fuel in the van. Also, I rented an appliance dolly, but they tried to give me a utility dolly. I had to ask the person who brought it, to go back and get the correct one. The dolly had a broken weld and the van was very dirty, inside and out.JOHN B.

I always go through this location for my moving needs, and they always step up to the plate. Daniel was my main contact there this time, and he provided excellent service. Even though he may be starting, he was quick at getting me connected to my reservation and getting everything taken care of for me at pickup and dropoff. I also got great support from Chris, who helped make sure that the return level of gas was accurate, and from Rosemary, who helped me when urgently needed, down to the guy who came out to wash down the truck at return. Thanks to you guys, the always stress-full move, is so much less so because I know I can count on your great team of employees and clean trucks. UHAUL Teams ROCK!AUDREY C.

Every time I went in to make a payment on my storage unit, I waited at least 30 minutes to an hour every time. I waited so long once that the person behind the counter promised he would credit my account $25. But then he had “computer issues” and said that he would credit my card the next day. That credit never came. I mentioned it to someone the next month, and they said they would take care of it, but they didn’t. I gave up trying to get it back.
