I was not happy that the tank was only half full. Without knowing how many gallons the fuel tank holds and how many miles per gallon the van is capable of I overfilled the tank. The tanks should be full at pickup so customers are not having to guess how much fuel needs to be added when returning.GREGORY R.

The spaces were smaller than I thought they would be the 10 x10 was shown as a two to three-bedroom apartment which I definitely don't think it is so I felt kind of ripped off by the prices and what you actually got. We were told right Away about waiting and we were informed we couldn't wait in our unit where it was much cooler they told us we couldn't be on property waiting for our house hold goods that said they would kick us out that we had to be moving we said we are and the gentleman said we couldn't do it there idk whats going on at this location but they seemed to think we wanted to like be homeless in a storage unit ok whatever just saying rudeness and assumption are the mother of law suits ....Martin V. | First Impressions

While the trailer was maintained well, the left pin holding the gate up was extremely difficult to pull out because the female tube welded to the trailer was welded crooked and twice I had to the pin out with a hammer. What I noticed wasabi load in the trailer added tension on the pinâ€”empty was still difficult to remove, but could be done within a minute or two.Jeffrey S.

First and foremost have representatives be clearer on the pre drive inspection. In our case I was told just take a glance but since this was a local rental there is not something to be concerned about. The fuel was marked as half by the representative. It was more like 7/16. So I returned it with 7/16 and got charged $20 for fuel. I felt this was dishonest on their part. In addition this truck had previously been used by someone who smoked and vaped in it. There was a very distinct offensive vape juice and cigarette smell in the cab cab and main cargo area. WITH THAT SAID. This was a great experience. Easy to rent. good pricing, good availability. The reps at the desk took care of us quickly and were nice. It was easy to book online and use the app.Brad S.

When picking up the equipment, the Uhaul APP lets me upload photos. When returning the equipment, the Uhaul APP will not upload photos. You need to fix this. It happened to me at another location. This time, everyone returning equipment was having the same problem. One lady spent over an hour trying to get it to work because she did not want to be charged an extra day. Ridiculous!!ERNEST N.

The assistant manager Alberto(?) was amazing...the only issue is I paid for a lock and you did not have any? Not a big deal...I get you run out of things...but locks? At a storage facility? That requires that particular type? So had to waste time going to Home depot and spending more....but other than that small issue everything was awesome....great run business!! The only area of improvement that I would suggest is going over any physical damage already on the vehicle. I say this because I didn't notice the cracked side mirror until after I left the facility. I'm not sure if there is a damage report on file for this vehicle but I was not informed of any such "pre-existing" damage. Moving is stressful enough and being responsible for damage checking shouldn't be up to the customer.Terri C.

Have a toll device that people can rent for cross country travel and don't add administrative fees to it. That just makes people mad. In addition you can't even see the toll charges you incur until after your trip is over.Matthew S.

Started out awesome, the man helping me was super helpful. Then about halfway through unloading the uhaul trailer we were getting pushed to finish up faster to get the trailer to another person. I still had over 2 days on the rental and it was not supposed to be handed in that day. You have an employee that does NOT wear a mask when the signs at your counter states masks are mandatory, doesn’t seem right. Grounds for termination I believe. You should post signs at the loading dock, for trucks ONLY. This past Saturday and Sunday there were cars parked in the loading dock area, and NOT using the side parking spots.
