You can train your intake people to process drop offs in a timely manner so customers are not charged for an additional day. You can train you GM to be honest with customers and not tell them a refund will hit their account in 2-3 business days but rather 5-10 business days.Alan K.

I returned the equipment after hours. When I got a copy of the receipt by email, I was billed a $20.00 after hours return fee. This had NEVER happened before, nor was I informed of an after hour fee. Also, when I tried returning it, the website kept asking for my location, and then would not accept the location. I also was billed for "Safe Tow" fee that I DECLINED when i picked up the trailer. Is this the way this location makes money, by making UNAUTHORIZED charges on a credit card they have on file?!?!?!!SIMON S.
The ladies there quick, knowledgeable and friendly. Upon my return they saw me arrive and had me all checked out by the time I got inside , which was wonderful as I was so tired. BIG thumbs up for your help.!Karen B.

I have used this location before and all went well, but I used it today to rent a truck and a dolly. I got charged 160 dollars for a dolly that I returned because they did not care to check for it when I left the building. I was waiting in line to let fill out the paperwork and return the keys to the vehicle when they lady at the desk said to just leave the keys in the truck and she would take care of the rest so I put the keys in the truck and went on my way, when I received a phone call stating the truck had not been returned by the cutoff time. I had dropped the truck off at 5:30 and the cutoff time was 6:30. I then received an email stating I had not returned the dolly and was charged for it being missing when I had left it at the door with the other dollys, it seems that the workers don't care enough to look in the area where they were stored when it was picked up or do the paperwork that was supposed to be done when I had dropped it off. so I had my bank account go into the negative when I got charged way more than it was supposed to and when I contacted customer service they said they could not refund the money they would have to contact the location itself and then refund in 3-5 buisness days if possible. which sets me behind on bills I need to pay. This is ridiculous and I will not be using this location, or U-haul at all again probably after this experience.JOSHUA R.

The first truck I was given wouldn't start but they got my into a comparable truck quickly from the same location. Overall i was impressed with the associate working there from 7am - 8am by herself as she was swamped with customers. She was profession yet friendly and helpful. And that was on New Years Day! Kudos to HER!WENDY H.
Yes we rented two trucks to moveâ€¦ while filling both up with gas the gauges did not move so one vehicle was added with an extra quarter of a tank costing us more money and frustration with the move. Other than that the people were great and the gentleman at the Lexington location that checked the trucks in was awesome.Christopher S.

The only problem we had was that to took an awfully long time to pick up the trailer. It evidentially was not the fault of the location though, as "traffic" cancelled my reservation as the transaction was in progress. It look a little while to straighten out, and that made the rest of my day run late. Joyce was great, though, and got it worked out in spite of those at U-Haul "traffic" working against her.Jennie F.

We were texted one location for pick up and emailed a different location. We called and were told that we were texted a different location from the emailed location due to the equipment being out of service. Only to find out the second location closed at noon and we had just missed them. We then used the Dixie Hwy location. We were provided with a trailer that had had turn signals that worked opposite of the way we were turning. The tounge of the trailer was messed up so it felt like it was slamming into my car the whole 6 hour drive.DANIEL ALAN M.

The customer service there went above and beyond. I had reserved the wrong size truck do to me reading the wrong dimensions and they accommodated me with no problem the next size truck up. Appreciate the help.MICHAEL T.
Made appointment online for over a week out. Drove there on the time n day I scheduled. Walked in and they told me they didn't have the hitch. Could have called for reschedule but waited til I got there to tell me. Rescheduled for 2 days later (dropped off early @ 9 a.m.) .. 2:30 rolled around and still didn't hear anything (was told on Wed they didn't have any other appointments today and it would be finished asap). Tried to call and no answer. So ran some errands and 4:15 and still didn't hear anything. Tried to call again and no answer. They close in 45 mins so took a leap of faith and drove up there. It was finished and sorting in the parking lot. My time is very important to me and my time has been wasted ALOT with this location. Just the constant waiting today and driving all the way over there which is about 15 miles. Not to mention the gas. Just think the customer service and communication skills needs improvement. The truck was in poor repair. Shook all over the road when driven. Lock for door in the back was frozen - couldn't use. Driver's seat could not be moved for taller driver. VERY POOR IMPRESSION AND WOULD NOT HAVE WANTED TO HAVE DRIVEN IT MORE THAN A FEW MILES. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!Jackie S.

When I walked inside to get the key the male employee was cussing at customers. Then when he gave me the key he told me my truck was double booked but said â€œfuck itâ€ and gave me the key. An hour later once the truck was loaded I was called by them and they told me I needed to unload the truck and bring it back and get a different truck.Lauren B.

Everybody was super. We were a little confused when we hooked up the car transport and wanted to car put on it. We had paid the employee that connected the car to the transport $30 in cash when we drove up on the transport. I would've thought that would've gone through with our other paperwork.CHARLES P.

Horrible experience + facility. There are mice droppings all over the place. I hardly put anything in the unit because they’re so dirty. Joyce was super rude & unhelpful. The faccility was dirty, & the unit door was too small (no dimensions on website). The move-in instructions that I received via email we’re also incorrect. While checking in, Joyce lied about the free lock on the website and forced us to buy another. Once we were allowed to access the unit, there was a free lock inside. However Joyce won’t let you return the brand new, unopened lock that she forced you to purchase 2 minutes ago.Jess B. | Online Move In
