Access is very inconvenient. After 10pm you can no longer gain access to the storage facility. This is too early. The hours should at least be 12am at the minimum.

johnny w | Overall ExperienceThe general manager has serious issues with don't give a crap. The website is tragic and no one knows how to do anything with it. When I moved out I noticed the 5×6 is 59.95 I was paying over one hundred dollars. Trying to be able to pat on line was sent back and forth saying it was someone else's problem.

The storage area is difficult to maneuver in, has floor that are uneven to the point of being a safety concern, and have malfunctioning lights that compound the safety risks.
