Staff was cheerful and helpful through the process. Both pickup and delivery were done in a fair downpour and neither Uhaul employee batted an eye while we hooked up/down the unit and did the inspections. Will visit again.Zachary N.

Multiple times when I called the location and talked with Kayla she was rude and not helpful. Yesterday when we arrived to place items in storage our unit was locked off and we could not enter even though we had paid for the unit. Kayla was in a car sitting in the parking lot and when I asked her about it she could not have been more hateful. Apparently we needed to show her our lock which was not explained prior. She said the office did not open until 9:30 and to come back. We had a 16 hour drive ahead of us and this set us back about an hour. On a good note the other lady in the office with blonde hair( I did not get her name) was extremely helpful and kind. If Kayla is the face of Public Storage I would be rethinking your customer service training!sharon C.

Michael was especially helpful. I needed a motorcycle trailer and tied downs for a whirlwind trip to San Antonio. Michael helped get what I needed and helped me get on my way with little delay. I rented the trailer for four days, not being sure when I could return it. Luckily, I was able to return the trailer the very next day. Michael adjusted the charges for the transaction to fit the time I a actually used the trailer, saving me money. Much thanks to Michale for outstanding customer service. In the truck I rentend, they somehow they got the speedometer wired to do extra miles or something because after I returned the truck the uhaul location tried to charge me $260. I called to see what the charge was for and the worker told me I had driven the truck 260 miles when I barely rode it for maybe 35 miles? Maybe I'll even say 40 miles but nowhere near 260. He told me there was nothing I could do because of course I can't prove I didn't drive that much if the speedometer says I did. Luckily my card was turned off so the charge didn't go through or else it would be a lawsuit. Use google earth or something I know y'all probably have trackers in them you could easily see where all I went in the truck. Might wanna get someone out the to look at the trucks or something before they screw someone else and they actually sue or something.Elijah V.

After we dropped off our truck and did the walk around and got the all clear, we were informed via email three hours later that there was damage. We purchased insurance so no out of pocket expense but it seems fraudulent and scamerific to me, as there was no damage on the truck when we left.
