I had an issue when I returned the vehicle 1.5 hours after my "contract" time. I realize this is to aid in the re-renting the vehicle and completely understand. Going forward I will have to add in some "buffer" time so as not to be charged an additional day charge for bringing the vehicle back past the "contracted" time. The representative who gave me this unpleasant news was very professional in dealing with me, who after a day of moving wasn't my best self. This has always been and excellent store. Very disappointed in This place they never checked the mileage or level of fuel that was already in the vehicle. Charged me extra for gas when I already put it back on the place where it was. Just stole money from me because they can, but god sees you and he knows all ..shame on you!ANGELA B.
The staff, particularly Nicholas, is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We needed multiple truck rentals, some unexpected on the same-day, for a complicated move, and this staff will help you problem solve. This location has great inventory to choose from and they are so helpful about arranging your dropoff including after hours. The digital self-check out and check in system works great, and the quality, condition, and cleanliness of vehicles is excellent. We also had tons of unused boxes and large moving supplies from an online order, and Nicholas helped us unload, inventory, and hand-enter each item for our refund. He printed out a separate list for us to check against our own records, and he caught several things we'd missed. He's an absolute gem! Now that we live 45min away from this location, we still plan on going back there whenever we need a uhaul, they're so great. Nicholas is a gem! Thank you!Heather A.

The truck was clean and all good. The personnel was helpful and courteous, but the location was severely understaffed. I had a reservation from 9am to 3pm, there was only one guy doing counters and I waited 45 minutes in line, totally unacceptable. By the time I got the truck, it was 10am and I had lost one full hour of my rental, and delayed my day.OSCAR S.

They didn't have my truck at all. Had to drive an hour to a place you suggested and that didn't have the truck either. Finally found one another 30 min. away. Your rep said we'd get $600 off for the inconvenience. Then the other rep denied that and only gave us $200 something off. This was after losing almost two hours and having to pay the movers for time they waited around. This set back all the plans. We're very disappointed in the experience.Wilson R.

The guy was monotone and robot like. I had reservation set from a week ago and took him like 4-5 mins to find it. Took another 10-15 to â€œring me outâ€ and then tells me it â€œhas to be back by 530â€ when originally I had it from 1130-6. So not sure why the time change. It didn't matter. It was back by 230-245. Truck was great did what we needed. Employees were very lackluster and robot like.chris L.

I rented from the Fairview location and the employee was very rude and threatening to me. I did the online check in hoping to skip the line and it wasn't ready for me so I had to wait in line 45 mins. After this the employee let me know my reservation had been changed from being due back in 10 hours to being due back in 6. When I told him that wasn't what I reserved he told me if I didn't have the truck back by 4pm I'd be charged 2-3 times my original rental fee when I reserved the truck until 7 originally. He was very rude. I called the 800 number and they were able to extend my rental until 7 with no issues and said he should've been able to do that at the counter. I've used uhaul a bunch of times and this is the first time I've ever had an experience like this. I'll definitely never visit that site againJoe T.

I was really disappointed that when we rented extra days to ensure no wait time & could leisurely take our time found out there's (2) rates for milage and even though 1 of days was only @79Â¢ we got charged for 99Â¢ mile. Clearly taking advantage of circumstances.. Considering I probably rent a Truck 2-3 times a year...not happy. Will definitely entertain different options moving forwardDanielle T.

Before I left, no one was with me when I looked over the truck. The mileage was over the gas was short. The back door was down so I had to open it to verify contents. Had asked about where to leave key after hours. Took me ten mins walki.g around to find it poor signage and small. The truck alignment was dangerous with amount of play in the steering. Hands in the 8 and noon position to drive straight. The door lock according to locksmith was pretty bad so not sure how store did not note a stuck lock as the key broke off after loading truck. Almost 4 hours before back on the road with new key. 1 hour trying to access the website or contact roadside assistance. No callback feature. 2 hours waiting on locksmith and 45 to get broken key out of door and new one made. The dolly was unable to be used as we had nothing to remove the zip tie but guess didn't need it but again shows lack of customer service from the start. Manually can remove tab. Requested compensation for delay and dolly was told i was given an extra day...10am from my 10pm estimate. I had truck back by 10pm and had stated during breakdown would need more. Which the breakdown was not my fault but the age and lack of maintenance of the uhaul trucks. I was compensated for the dolly and a set of furniture pads nothing towards the rental. I will never go back to this location and very likely never use uhaul again.CAROLINE H.
