A bit of a wait (not terrible, about ten to fifteen minutes) when picking up truck because there was only one associate to help several customers. Return was quicker since there were at least two associates at that time. Overall very good and knowledgable staff and a simple enough process.Joseph W.

I had two storages. One at uhaul (2 1/2 years) and one at public storage (4 months). The day I rented the storage till the very end, my boyfriend and I were treated with nothing but kindness. They go above and beyond expected customer service. 5 Stars! Public Storage you pay more and get the worse customer service (cold and detacted).
