Had reservation, called & confirmed it. When I arrived I was told my reservation was canceled & no vehicles were available & UHAL's $50 guarantee IS BULLSH!T. Employee acted like she entered info into computer (she did NOT). And I Never Recieved My $50 Guarantee. 3815 28th st g.r mich.

The Plainfield Avenue U-Haul and general manager Crystal exceeded all my expectations. The only thing I believe could be improved is a very clear statement on the final receipt that the equipment was returned and no further action is required. We left the trailer at the location after hours so nobody was there to check it in.

Robert HEvery time I went to my storage unit there was always , I mean always , trucks and trailers parked all the eay right up to our door so if after hours I was unable to get into my unit . Those same trucks and trailers were always there against our unit door . I would then end up waiting 20 minutes or so for them to move those out of my way.. would never return .

They make sure my set up is safe and secure for my vehicle and for the equipment I am renting and provide suggestions for helpful area of future use/rentals. Kyle PI got a voicemail at 7:42am on 7/21 from the plainfield location that has 3 curse words - transcript is "are you gonna talk to me, you're gonna **** hear me like, oh, ****. What the **** is this? Yeah, okay. I just called, huh?". This was unacceptable. Everything was great until that - and I want someone to follow up on this and why this happened.
