Robert C.Two employees were moderately friendly. But one male employee (didn't get his name) must hate his job. He came into the store and yelled out "who's black truck is that in the lot?" It was mine, a long wheel base 3/4 ton in a VERY small parking lot. After telling him it was mine he shouted "move it to real parking spot". I was parked crooked due to the small lot and the length of my truck. He stood there staring at me but the guy behind the counter had my DL and I didn't want to leave my DL just because some idiot is not happy. I stood at the counter ignoring him when he walked up behind the counter and mumbled something to the guy who was working on getting me out of there WITH a trailer (im still a paying customerat this point). After scanning my DL I walked out and moved my truck to a VERY inconvenient location and then he pulled a uhaul 1/2 chevy right in the exact same place where I was parked and he left it there. If I didn't really need the trailer for one day I would have just left it sitting there. Once a handful of people start leaving (or don't go back to that location) that guy won't have a job.

The manager went out his way to research the correct trailer for my needs, showed me how to operate the trailer and how to load the trailer, and even hooked it so I didn't get dirty. His staff was the same, polite and even directed me where to drop off trailer and I was done in less than 5 minutes. My compliments to this location. Uhaul, you need to be very proud of these representatives of your company. If I was an undercover mystery shopper, this location would get an A++. Well done guys!!!

jeffery B.Train your employees better poor coustmer service I called the store to let them know I would be 10 mins late and they said it was fine and then I was tic below 3/8 gas I was supposed to fuel up and the and he told me I can pay $128 or put gas in so I went to put gas in and then he tried charging me $148 he said it was the system and he could not do any thing about it abd I had to pay $30 And tip of that $89 befor I got it what was the point paying $89 and then $39 the manger was rude and lack social skills 0/10 would not recommend this location again it was just horrible

A gentleman found the contract and checked me out with no questions. The woman had to do nothing more than look up my name but gave me a hard time. Shameful... She didn't even have to stand up... Millennial trash!

david r. | Overall ExperienceI have rented unsullied trailers several times over the years. This time I overheard another renter ask for his veterans discount. I was never aware that a veterans discount was available so I asked for my veterans discount. I was advised that since they ran my Amex card already it was too late. I asked why and was told that once they run the card they couldn't apply the discount. Is this company policy or was the employee being lazy. I'm a Vietnam vet and don't expect anything for nothing, to me it's just not a fair business tactic. I know it doesn't much matter to y'all since basically you're the only game in town. Sorry but I just wanted to voice my opinion. By the way why do y'all not advertise the veterans discount?

I walk out and left. I’ll never forget this experience. Arrived in town and got treated like trash. They seem very comfortable acting in this behavior. I was really tired of driving 19 hours from Kentucky and to get treated like this it’s awful. Cg

Left us before the job was completed, were standoffish, confrontational and lied about the condition of our storage unit. They didn’t have masks on when they arrived-despite a staff member having covid. Two teenagers with no experience or people skills. Our house looks like a bomb went off. Hoping we are not exposed to covid as one refused to wear his mask appropriately. Please fire Guardian Services. Very pleased with Uhaul and its staff. Move out paperwork was a breeze and they were soooo nice!!!!

The late fees and lien threats were obnoxious when each week I called I was told the account was closed and owed nothing to just get larger late fees the following week. Never could reach local store directly always had corporate even after calling local store.

I saw online available units and had Walked around seeing the storage unit first hand and when I went to speak to the u-haul sales person I was told they were a full capacity. But over all I did walk there the first time just to be told that. Then I just went home booked it online the lady recognizing said we're at full capacity, so I then told the other sales person my recipe and informed them online has them available. Just to inform them not to turn down potential income for the company they represent.

He spent too much time on the premises and not in the office helping customers and he told me that my storage unit was way in the back several buildings over and I walked there in the pouring rain while he drove the rental truck that I just rented so he would stay dry and he didn’t even offer me a ride in the rain. My storage unit was actually 300 feet from the front desk and inside and dry. He wasn’t aware of its location in the least but sent me on.a wet search and he wasn’t apologetic for his lack of knowledge or help while I got drenched, unnecessarily.

When I arrived, there were three people behind the counter, two of them were NOT on the phone. Why didn't they answer? That's kind of a pain.

They gave me a payoff amount and said that when I pay this, my debt is paid. Months later, I received a notice saying that I still owed money. I went to talk to them, and the manager agreed that I was now in debt to Uhaul again. He said it was because I left a dresser in the unit. I told him that I did not have a vehicle large enough to remove the dresser. Also, when I paid my debt and was told I was clear, the manager at that time DID NOT say I had to remove every single item. I only left one item, the dresser. Now, the manager has put a lean against my name. This is wrong. I was told that I was in the clear. I do not feel I should have to pay this money when we signed saying I was out of debt.
