don't change the rental pickup point after customer has booked , and made their travel plans, and motel stay for booking in Macon Ga. an then have drive to Warner Robins, to pickup rental, then drive back to Macon. Very unhappy with that, i lost a hour and half in the day of wasted travel time.EDWARD N.

Allow miles to start once you arrive at your starting point of moving and not at pick up point, then not charge for miles to return , the only way the truck can get back is for us to drive so why charge us to return your vehicle!!!DEBORAH M.

My experience was less than satisfactory. On Monday the General Manager, Sam Smith called me to inquire about when I'd be returning the truck rental. I explained that I would be returning the truck either on Monday 12/27/21 or on Tuesday 12/28/21. She said that she'd put me down for Monday and asked I'd she could run my card in file. I replied for how much and she said that she didn't know! I said well I don't want you charging my card if you don't know how much your charging me, that doesn't make sense. It's your job to know. It wasn't like I was asking her a question about quantum physics. I just wanted to know what she was charging MY card. She then tried to give me a rough estimate but I'd already paid $41.65 at pick up so when she gave me the estimate I asked is that in addition to the $41.65 or is the $41.64 going to be deducted from that? She said she didn't know, which was extremely frustrating because she is supposed to know the policies and procedures of a store that she manages. Samantha then proceeded to abruptly end the call in the middle of me talking, all while saying she was going to charge my card for an undisclosed amount. My rights were violated, she threw her weight around and ran my card without informing me of the amount! In any other professional setting that would have been unacceptable. You have to inform the customer of what something costs. You can't just say, I don't know and proceed to process a payment! She's extremely unprofessional, ignorant, and rude. The manager sets the precedence for what's expected from their employees, if Samantha is the standard then I can imagine how the other employees conduct themselves under her leadership. She should not be the manager of anything and should be demoted expeditiously. I will be forwarding my complaint up the chain of command until actions are taken and Sam Smith is reprimanded!ALEXIS F.

Use more fuel efficient trucks. That truck was a GAS HOG! 14 mpg is stupid in this day and age. My rental ended up being basically $100, plus I added $30 gas (roughly a half tank.) Will reconsider next time I need this.STANLEY A.

There was an issue with a fuse in the truck which prevented the trailer lights from lighting up, causing a delay over an hour. But the team was very helpful, friendly, and went out of there way to resolve the issue. Excellent customer serviceOMAR S.

The first 6x12 trailer I hooked up to had a damaged electrical connector. The associate swapped it out. Then we found that a turn signal did not work. So the associate swapped trailers. Otherwise no problems.DAVID L.

I called to inquire about renting one of the pickup trucks this past Friday. The agent completed my reservation without hesitation. I arrived at the location an hour earlier than the scheduled pickup time as I finished working earlier than expected. So, I asked if I could take it then. The agent told me that the truck was ready and that I most surely could have it right then. I was in & out in less than 10min. Now, that's great Customer Service!!! The customer service experience was horrible. The staff was rude and very unprofessional. The truck that was issued out had transmission and other problems. We were afraid to drive the vehicle over 50/60 miles because of the shaking. We use U-Haul on a regular basis. We will be sure not to select or accept a reservation from this location.JIMMIE R.

I would first like to start out by saying that the professionalism within the Watson Blvd. location was extremely poor. I had made a reservation to have a utility dolly available for my rental and when I picked the truck up the lady had stated "They must have given them all out because we do not have any more utility dollys available". I reached out to the manager, Sam Smith, concerning multiple issues I had with my Uhaul experience, in which she hung up on me and would not answer my phone calls from there on out. I have rented from Uhaul numerous times, but have not dealt with unprofessionalism at this level by any uhaul locations.SARAH L.

I had problems with the Truck Share 24/7 so I had to wait for the location to open, but once it did, the attendent had me on the road in less than 10 minutes. Very professional and very courteous. Highly recommended.ERIC Z.
