THANH T.Trailer jack got stuck in up position. I stopped at UHaul of Farragut in Knoxville, TN to see about getting it fixed. Andrew used a sledge hammer and broke the handle off the jack. Manager Justin said I had to drive it to my destination to get it fixed. I had to borrow a floor jack to unload the truck. This was very poor customer service.

james H.This place is a dumpster fire and a disservice to both Uhaul and the entire military community. Not only were the agents unprofessional, they were ignorant. The owner Sam, had to tell the 3 other employees around her to wait on my husband. Wendy shared that her password and all her passwords were affix with her dog - I know this because she needed Sam's help to check in our blankets. And finally there is Chasity and the parking. With absolutely zero entry or egress space, she is outside yelling at me to find a parking space. Where? I ultimately parked in the same spot as a trailer as there were literally no spots available. Just because you start your sentence with “Ms.†doesn't make you polite. If you have any other option including pushing a shopping cart, avoid this location.

Melissa S.Fix the overall experience checked the Uhaul out a little before 9am... store didnt open till after 9am and the online return wasnt working correctly. So I got charged for a full extra day, when it shouldnt have been. The return equipment entire was full so I pulled it around back went in, waited in line to be told to pull it around front. So went to pull it around the Uhaul lady had the other customer drop a trailer right in the middle of the road and blocked it. Took the keys in to get a sassy response. So after being charged an extra day for a rental that was on the property well before the return time, because uhauls website wasnt working correctly and the store didnt open till after the deadline. Is not worth the hassle or trouble. Also putting a dolly and furniture pads in to take up space is a ridiculous, because that cuts out a 2ftx2ftx6ft space. I will be using Penske moving forward.

Timothy S.Checking in thr vehicle needs to be more clear. I brought the vehicle to the parking location that was specified. Thr next steps weren't specified so I waited for an employee to come check me in but no one came so I waited in line to check in. After a total of about 10 minutes, an employee THEN goes to thr rental vehicle without my awareness. I was told that I could wait if I needed a paper receipt otherwise one would sent electronically. It's been over 18 hours later and I STILL haven't received a receipt.

JaTara C.I don't know what was left in that truck. It sounded like loose rods at every turn that I made. When I arrived to the location, the manager had a bright red passion mark (hicky) on her neck which was disgusting to see. This location is horrible.
Marlesia H.After loading car On carrier I had to jack the car up before I could get the ramps back up into carrier and likewise, I had to jack car up to get ramps out to drive car off carrier. After returning carrier I was told the problem was I was given a tow carrier with a bend tongue. This created unnecessary work & stress.

Marc B.WAYYYYYYY TOO EXPENSIVE. I returned the truck a whole day early, and I still got charged for the day I didn't use. Advertised at $39/pay. Well 2 days costs $280. World is struggling and Uhaul takes advantage and charges way more in a crisis. What a terrible company

When I turned in the truck, cleaned and fueled, the associate checked the truck and told me it was not fueled to 1/4 tank and they would charge me….I told her it was fueled correctly. Then she got another associate to check the fuel and then it was ok….guess she can't read a fuel gauge? I've used this location many times and this was the worst experience to date.

Robert M.This location is very hard to get into! The store itself is huge, but the check in/out is so small! I probably wouldn't rent a truck from here because I'dbe scared about clearance! One of the ladies was nice enough to guide me out! They had everything I needed though! I'm not giving below 5 stars for something that the employees can't control! I wasnt treated bad, just worried about the the trailer I rented being hit because I'm hanging off in the busiest road in town! Other than that, I had another great experience with u-haul!

There was no apology given, when accusing us for having been late, that was inaccurate. We then went to the store only for the them to tell us the representative made a mistake and overcharged us, and it would be 7-10 business days from his mistake, not sure this girls name. She was the only one that acted in a professional manner. Melissa along with the manager that was on shift wereUNPROFESSIONAL, and rude. We should have been apologized to immediately for the $50 inconvenience this caused. The staff here needs a lesson in customer service skills and proper phone etiquette. I WILL NEVER refer anyone here as long as they are employed here.

My reservation was cancelled here in Albany and they did not have another truck to accommodate my reservation they stated it would be 530 pm before I could get another one then when I reserved another truck for Warner Robins when I arrived there I was told that they did not have a truck for me there either once I called another office Magically I got a truck that was sitting out there. I had to then load my truck move out of town after all day moving and several cancellations I had to drive the truck a hour and a half back out of my way to Warner Robins!! Way more gas than I expected to spend money on!!! Moving is already expensive enough and to be inconvenienced at a time such as this is very frustrating!! Gas is very expensive and I had the largest truck the 26 foot. I did not appreciate the level of service and the lack of care.

MARION W. | First ImpressionsThe issue I have is that storage unit could very easily be broken into. Now I understand why the lady ask me did I want insurance. There is a metal fence over my unit that had large gaps in it that could easily be pulled apart. This would give you access to my unit and my belongings. I put locks up to seal in the gaps. Hopefully this would prevent someone from breaking in my unit. On the hand it would prove someone did cause the locks would have to be cut to gain intrance. The outer security was good. You have to have a key card to get access which is good. I think if you put a heavy piece of plywood over the top of the unit, it would add a extra layer of protection for the unit
