We dropped off at night, so we didn't have interaction with any personnel, but was easy to drop-off.

If a truck is labeled as full it should be topped off. I paid $56 to fill up my truck to return for usage of 86 miles. Avg. 6 miles to the gallon

There were a lot of technological issues that caused a huge delay in getting my truck and storage. It truly wasn’t the fault of the young lady that was helping me. Everyone was so nice and apologetic for how much time it took and their attitudes made it easy not to be mad at technology being stupid. I even had a horrible day the day I came in and I still couldn’t manage to be mad at the staff. All in all I’m glad I chose this location.

Truck box leaked .It rained on 7/24 and when we opened the box the front had leaked up there somewhere,when I turned tbe truck in i notified them. I had a chairr that was wer and several boxes.

Deliver what is on the contract! It would have only taken an effort to make right the issue that I referred to.When the experience started out negative it just makes for bad energy out the gate. All the employees had to do was give a hoot and just care. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I was greeted right when I walked through the door. The woman who runs the facility cheerfully asked how can I help you. I replied that I needed a pickup truck for 1 or 2 days. She than explained the rental rates and signed me up. I was in and out the door in under 30 minutes. I was impressed with all stages of my experience. The following morning, She called me around 8am to inquire on if I'm going to continue on renting for another day. I informed her that I will be returning returning the truck as soon as I unload my personal belongings out of the truck. Hour later I arrived at the location and was greeted by a young man that quickly accepted the truck. It was a fantastic vehicle. A fantastic experience. I have already shared my experience with friends and strangers. I will be returning to that U Haul location whenever I'm in need of your company services. Thank you ,

I have no complaints at all for this location or UHaul. I reserved this truck couple weeks in advance and picked it up as scheduled. You made this very easy and I would recommend your location on high standards. Very clean store and they have all your moving needs and equipment at a very reasonable price. It was close to the home that I was moving items out from, and the desk clerk informed me that I can have one month free of a storage locker. That helped me out greatly!!! I appreciate the ease and convenience of the location and the helpfulness of the clerk.
