Robinson MTrailer hitch installed 3/23 at Independence was unacceptable. Ball was improperly installed. Nut continuously loosened in towing service. I purchased two wrenches, stopped every 200 miles to retighten.... Gave receiver to u haul regional manager at time of drop off of trailer. Discovered problem after using hitch at speed limit on urban I94 through Milwaukee metro....Lots of liability if it had fallen all the way off!
JAMES OConnie runs a well organized facility. She helped me figure out what I needed quickly and efficiently. Excellent service! I wish I received service like this from all businesses I deal with on a regular basis.

Christine EJust get rid of the double talk n double work to rent. I called thought I was talking to the sales person on the phone. Answered all questions thought I was done on reservation. Then I get to store n had to do it all again. What kind of service is this. The lady's at the call service should not even ask for all info. Just give us a direct line n no bull what a waste of my time
