Allen HOur check-in experience was very smooth and Connie was very helpful in walking us through the process. I am pleased that the keypad lets you choose your own entry code. Another great plus is that there is an alarm system protecting our unit space. Additionally, I like the fact that you have to logout when leaving. That let’s manage know that the space is locked and nobody should be there. It was a bit higher in price than I expected but the facility is very nice, cleaned, and well kept.

Ian GThe location is super convenient access as well as plenty of room do maneuver around the lot. The staff was super friendly and helpful and made checkout a breeze. Great to work with and I will use this location whenever possible! As a side note, there was a hiccup with my reservation and Uhaul went out of their way to work with me and make it right. I will definitely use them again the next time I need a rental.

Phranases BI reserved a trailer from the Lenexa KS location, and they had rented the trailer I had reserved to someone else under my account. The person assisting me even took it as far as to say I would probably be double charged for both rentals, plus be responsible for any damages that the other person caused. They then sent me to a different location which also didn’t have a trailer available, so I had to drive 45 minutes to the next location to actually retrieve my trailer. They then refused to let me drop it off at the Lenexa location, so what was supposed to be a 2 hour deal ended up ruining my entire Saturday.

Craig CThe one way rental had preset mileage and number of days in the cost. It quoted 900 miles, but I drove less that 700 miles. I also turned it in days earlier than the quote. I understand maybe a premium for one way, but why not an adjustment for actual use?

JACKIE GThere were a lot of technological issues that caused a huge delay in getting my truck and storage. It truly wasn’t the fault of the young lady that was helping me. Everyone was so nice and apologetic for how much time it took and their attitudes made it easy not to be mad at technology being stupid. I even had a horrible day the day I came in and I still couldn’t manage to be mad at the staff. All in all I’m glad I chose this location.
