First of all, 40 minutes of waiting even with a reservation and mobile check-in. After reaching the counter, rep took 17 minutes to check us in which is absurd. Secondly, when I made a reservation I did not add additional coverage as my insurance already covers it, on the counter rep asked me twice and I specifically said "No" twice and after I ended my trip I got to know on my receipt that I have been charged for coverage. I've used U-haul before twice at a different locations and none of them were this bad
Jugal GA real smooth operation. Counter staff person recognized me as a previous customer. As I am approaching 80, she was very helpful in getting me through the digital jungle. Yard men were very helpful in coming and going. In and out was a breeze. And the bill was most affordable. Thanks U-Haul.

ANTONY TVery poor service. There’s always a long lineup, and only one employee at the front desk to assist everyone. What’s the point of booking in advance if customers still have to wait for hours? Completely defeats the purpose of an appointment system.

Then in lot actually hitch myself as near always and waited 15 minutes or so for the lad to take pictures then 355 left lot. There was unexpected traffic from fatal crash and was 330 when returned to lot. And yes unhitched and awaited attendants. So charging me two days is not correct and gauging. I fact now looking a previous rental had equipment issues picked up at 4 and returned before 5 limping back to lot as brother rented truck to do pick up. The attendant said the rental would be credited but it was not I have now realized. Please don’t offer credits or free bezzs as they don’t work up here had two and never been able to redeem. So please refund your over charge and the previous rental that your equipment damaged my vehicle and the trailer was unusable due to electrical break issue on trailer
Joseph CThe equipment is always faulty and never works . Why you are retaining such worst equipment and harassing customers? Kindly put customers in front of profit. The equipment i took has issues with fan/ Heater , most of the dashboard equipment is either damaged or unable to use, the tow switch is always on by default. Not sure how many times we complain also the same shit heppens , time and time again

SAMEER HSpent hours on the phone trying to book the trailer. 2 locations told me they would return my call. No one return my calls. Had to eventually book it on line. The trailer I booked was a 5’ x 9’ But it is only 4’ 3” wide inside the box.

MANPREET NTruck ride was very rough and unstable. Dash lights were on. Low tire pressure and service readings lite up. Ridiculous i think for someone who only had it for 90 mins.
JAGBINDER JTook 45 minutes to get upto the check in counter because of the que. I did book online but since it was a trailer, I had no option to complete online check out.

LORNE LThe only problem with the site is that there is not enough marshalling area for people to drop off and pick up their trailers. It’s a bottleneck that is quite dangerous.

The attendant said the truck is washed and ready for pick up. However, the interior of the truck was in the worst shape, I think it was not washed in weeks. Worst experience all together.

Have active working staff inside so the line up is never to the door - especially for people who need assistance and picked the VIRTUAL PICK UP yet have to go inside cause there’s no one outside to give the key

Parminder sMaybe don’t lie to them? I got about 900 kms when I first booked because i was making a round trip to sudbury. I go in to pick up the truck and the representative tells me i only have 700kms for some reason, i didn’t argue much, thought i was misremembering but I when I went to back to return it, I somehow was only allowed 450kms and that didn’t make any sense to me. You guys wasted so much of my time and energy because you can’t set up the system properly. Its not entirely the store employee’s fault, apparently the system didn’t update my package or something. Please get some better programmers

MALKIT SNo one was at the location while pickup. Everyone is looking for their vehicle. While i have reserved it before 3-4 days and then also i have to call customer care and too much wait time and their centres are closed on sundays. And i got my van after 1.5 hours of wait time. I got too late according to my schedule and paid full money which was not worth i think so .

AKSHAY MThis is the most poor location I experienced. I had my pick up at 4:45 pm but I had to wait for 2.5 hours at location because firstly there was no u haul van available then their assistance on call was taking too much time . Because of this , my moving was delayed . Worst experience ever.

BRENDA JThis is the last time I rent U-Haul. My experience was very poor. 1- They did not honor the quote I had from my booking and charged me 3 times more. This could count as false advertising. I have saved the reservation total estimate versus what they charged me. 2- The van smelled like human urine. 3- They try to upsell me storage I don't need. Definitely not going back.

EVERALD H | Overall ExperienceThe facility itself was generally well-maintained, though the access door once took several days to fix. I did see a mouse inside once though never inside my unit. There were no floods or roof leaks, or mold/mildew, so that’s positive. The line waits could be a bit long though there were always at least two people at the desk. The staff were generally polite. The big issue is that many people are self-absorbed slobs. That’s not your fault, but it makes your facility less than desirable. People standing in the middle of the parking lot staring at their phones, trucks or even cars parked to block doorway access or even getting in and out of fhe parking lot, a mess all around the dumpster and assorted objects that can puncture tires strewn all around the parking lot. There needs to be a bit of a culture change where rules for conduct are clearly signed and enforced. You won’t go bankrupt or lose any customers that are worth keeping. Some will even show their appreciation. Thanks for listening.

The fire alarm has been on low battery, doing that annoying beep the entire time of our storing stay. Heard it non stop loading in the unit, non stop moving out. My pickup location I wanted over 20 mins outside in the sun for rhe rep to open the door and assist no one was at the office. I called your customer and was given $50 off my renta and when I dropped off my renta they did not apply the $50 off but told to call customer because the rep did not put it on. The rep I think his name was Bryan...when he came in he looked half a sleep no apology made he just act like he did not care. I was very upset because I have some deadlines to meet and my while day went bad after due to getting the truco very late. The Dropbox off location was ok ....no problem

We always paid in advance or monthly, never late, but continued to get charged more. I brought this up to anyone who would listen, and nothing changed. Last month I was charged another 4 dollars. Your advertisement is false and misleading. You could have had me as customer for years.

I always expect that things will take a long time when I go to this U-Haul. I cannot be in a hurry. I came today to change my storage unit from a big one to a smaller one. Before I could start to empty, I was told by an associate to go tell the cashier to sign me out of one storage unit first. So I lined up for 10 minutes just to find out by the cashier that I could have emptied my storage unit and filled the new one and then lined up to see the cashier to complete the transaction. Too much time wasted.

They don't show you the unit until after you pay which not good. steep stairs to go to units they need to make better access for people that can't go on stairs. I have used this location in the past for moves never really had too much issues but yesterday I was pretty disappointed.
Sandra F | Overall ExperienceExtremely upset that it took about 30 mins to get into my locker. Not to mention you guys wouldn't take my bank card, so I then had to go get money out to pay for it. Also my original locker was locked and they didn't know why. They had to give me another locker. Also didn't realize that i had to go up stairs to get into the storage unit. It took 5 hours to unload our truck because of this. I understand it says you may have to go up a few stairs but that's extremely misleading as this is an entire flight of stairs. Also had to step down into the location which made things even more difficult to move. Also not to mention I couldn't even get close to the door, we had to park off to the side and was not able to use the ramp. Extremely disappointed in this storage location. Will never rent storage at this particular uhual location again.

I have trouble each time calling to get through to a staff member it takes so long. They are not courteous and put you on hold for a long time after answering and jot saying anything. I was moving from one unit to the next and HD all the above difficulties on top of the staff on site did not have access codes and had to wait

Sometimes there were sketchy people waiting outside of the door trying to get in without a code. My storage unit would have water in it every time the snow melted - there is a leak coming in from the right side of unit by door.

I had also asked if by chance the unit for the 3rd month could be shortened to the end of the first week as the client moved everything out Aug 8. I will never get involved or book through your location again. Your staff was extremely rude to myself on 2 occasions and my client on another occassion.
