First of all customer service at this location is zero,the 2 girls behind the counter were very slow and spent more time talking with the customers then getting the work done .First time at this location and when they gave me my paper and said your truck is there ,I said I am not leaving until I do an inspection on the truck and the outside girl said whatever take pics then and she walked away .I did the inspection ,inside was cargo box was dirty not swept ,chip in the windshield ,numerous scratches and damage which is normal.on a rental vehicle ,but it was like they couldn't care less .I rented it for 2 days ..pickup Friday 7pm but did not get out of there until close to 8pm and when I brought it back ..I travelled estimated about 200km and I ended up paying close to $400 for the 2 days .Mileage was $1.92 mile ..that is way too much to be paying .The gent that checked it asked me did I fuel it up and it's said yes ,he said they will charge you when I pointed out that I took it out it was abit over 3/4 tank and brought it back almost full ,he said ok..the mileage was wrong when I took it on Friday but I got pics of everything ..the paper was 1 mile short so it looked like I drove 1 mile and had not even left the yard yet.The lady when I returned it deducted a mile off my mileage but overall I will never rent from U-haul again .I rented a pickup and an open top 6x12 trailer some months ago and travelled farther with those 2 than with this 10ft truck and it cost me less money I think $245 .I used to rent small trailers from u-haul until I had to go and few times to different location to get my rental luckily I was not charged km's for the trailer .Overall U-haul experiences were not that good and I tried to give the benefit of the doubt but I will never rent from U-haul ever again, its way too expensive and the customer service in the places there is none !!!!!

NEWTON WMade an online reservation, soni should have an option to remote pay. Not having tap and an option to remote pay was a problem since I was rushing and forgot my credit card at home. Also the trailer I got was disgusting. It was full of dirt and more gross was full of equipment grease. Never renting from this location again

COLIN SRental drop off in Brampton Central could not help, was unknowledgeable and did not know how to overcome the change I had to make due to a personal circumstance. Rental contract 84831756 should have originated at a Brampton location and it was pushed via text to the Milton location and an hour from my home. Why would I rent from a place an hour away when 3 locations are within 10 minutes of my home

DAVID MGTA schedulers need training on how to talk with customers and also they chnaged my pick lication 10 times. Initially booked for pick up location at mississauga and they called me and said truck isnt available in GTA so i had to pick up 85km away from home 1.5jrs drive one way. Next day i called uhaul customer representative and she was nice and help me get a truck confirmed 10 km away from home. How is that possible? Your GTA schedulers need to do better work. Ans start really help customers.

RANDOLF NIt took an hour to pick up this trailer, there was a lengthy line to pick up the trailer and then confusion as the trailer assigned to us was not on site. It had been given to another customer in the morning. Our pick up time was supposed to be 2:30 pm but the trailer was not ready until 3:30 therefore making us very late for our move.

AHMAD SCustomer experience was so poor. I used U-haul truck and tow dolly very first time (any sized truck, however I rented 15’). I asked one of the U-haul employee to explain features, tips and cautions. He explained nothing. All he helped is he assisted to set side mirrors and backed up truck till open space. Then while picking up tow dolly he showed me equipment and asked me to hook up by seeing YouTube video. Then hooked myself. They stacked tow dollies too near that even getting out from tow dolly area was too difficult. I had to lift other tow dolly myself to get my truck out. Horrible experience at 411 Main Street, Brampton location.

Robin SIt was amazing experience when looking for van the location in George Town was fully booked but the lady there quickly helped me to reserve one at near by location Main Street Brampton. The Girl at Main Street Rishi was very helpful, told me about the special deal of $100 including 150 KM. Only thing the wiper blade was broken which made our trip during thunderstorm difficult and I was even feeling scared to travel more and reached at location to drop off the van, Rishi and other guy who checked the vehicle were very nice understood the safety issue and waived the gas fee which I was unable to fill due to safety reasons. Thanks for such amazing service.

WARNAKA WEnsure that the pet hairs on the seat are brushed off. I loved everything other than seeing pet hairs on the seats, particularly in the headrests. The seats weren't clean at all!

MICHAEL GCube van was showing service due and van needs windshield washer bur it was empty at last i had my important stuff in van but my altenater contact i.e. friend recieve a call from cop that i need to return van today because my payment did not went through so i plan to drop it same day in evening but same afternoon cops came and tow my rental van. Cops told him we have to return it today but why they took it before given time and i don't know how to get my all stuff Bullshit

DAVID BWhy you guys doing surveys when you dont reach out?? I did surveys before and no response Equipment was dirty personal was watching me hooking up seating in a truck. Signal didnt work worker shorted out my car tire worn out on trailer. Where is the safety??

MICHAEL DI reserved a U-Haul truck a week in advance for a long-distance move between provinces. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the scheduled location, the app directed me to call customer service, who informed me that my truck was not ready and my pickup location had changed without notice. This caused an unexpected delay during an already stressful move. Aside from this inconvenience, the truck itself was clean and performed well. I hope U-Haul improves advance communication to avoid similar last-minute changes in the future.

PAUL TI rented a 6x12 enclosed trailer, I wasn't told to look at text to complete a walk around view of trailer for any damage. I called when I got home to main st location to say there was a dent at front left fender, which they knew about. they should tell client before they pick up trailer in future.

EVERALD H | Overall ExperienceThe facility itself was generally well-maintained, though the access door once took several days to fix. I did see a mouse inside once though never inside my unit. There were no floods or roof leaks, or mold/mildew, so that’s positive. The line waits could be a bit long though there were always at least two people at the desk. The staff were generally polite. The big issue is that many people are self-absorbed slobs. That’s not your fault, but it makes your facility less than desirable. People standing in the middle of the parking lot staring at their phones, trucks or even cars parked to block doorway access or even getting in and out of fhe parking lot, a mess all around the dumpster and assorted objects that can puncture tires strewn all around the parking lot. There needs to be a bit of a culture change where rules for conduct are clearly signed and enforced. You won’t go bankrupt or lose any customers that are worth keeping. Some will even show their appreciation. Thanks for listening.

The fire alarm has been on low battery, doing that annoying beep the entire time of our storing stay. Heard it non stop loading in the unit, non stop moving out. My pickup location I wanted over 20 mins outside in the sun for rhe rep to open the door and assist no one was at the office. I called your customer and was given $50 off my renta and when I dropped off my renta they did not apply the $50 off but told to call customer because the rep did not put it on. The rep I think his name was Bryan...when he came in he looked half a sleep no apology made he just act like he did not care. I was very upset because I have some deadlines to meet and my while day went bad after due to getting the truco very late. The Dropbox off location was ok ....no problem

We always paid in advance or monthly, never late, but continued to get charged more. I brought this up to anyone who would listen, and nothing changed. Last month I was charged another 4 dollars. Your advertisement is false and misleading. You could have had me as customer for years.

I always expect that things will take a long time when I go to this U-Haul. I cannot be in a hurry. I came today to change my storage unit from a big one to a smaller one. Before I could start to empty, I was told by an associate to go tell the cashier to sign me out of one storage unit first. So I lined up for 10 minutes just to find out by the cashier that I could have emptied my storage unit and filled the new one and then lined up to see the cashier to complete the transaction. Too much time wasted.

They don't show you the unit until after you pay which not good. steep stairs to go to units they need to make better access for people that can't go on stairs. I have used this location in the past for moves never really had too much issues but yesterday I was pretty disappointed.

Also my original locker was locked and they didn't know why. They had to give me another locker. Also didn't realize that i had to go up stairs to get into the storage unit. It took 5 hours to unload our truck because of this. I understand it says you may have to go up a few stairs but that's extremely misleading as this is an entire flight of stairs. Also had to step down into the location which made things even more difficult to move. Also not to mention I couldn't even get close to the door, we had to park off to the side and was not able to use the ramp. Extremely disappointed in this storage location. Will never rent storage at this particular uhual location again.

I have trouble each time calling to get through to a staff member it takes so long. They are not courteous and put you on hold for a long time after answering and jot saying anything. Sometimes there were sketchy people waiting outside of the door trying to get in without a code. My storage unit would have water in it every time the snow melted - there is a leak coming in from the right side of unit by door.

I had also asked if by chance the unit for the 3rd month could be shortened to the end of the first week as the client moved everything out Aug 8. I will never get involved or book through your location again. Your staff was extremely rude to myself on 2 occasions and my client on another occassion.
